GREYHOUND ITS A REP-OFF I BOOKED TICKETS TO JHB FROM DURBAN FOR THE LATE BUS , BUT NOW SECAMSTENCES CHANGED ,I CALL TO RESCHEDULE FOR THE EARLY BUS SAME DATE TO MY SUPRISE I MUST PAY R100 PER TICKET TO CANCEL WHIC I BOUGHT 11 TICKETS .FOR CANCELATION AND STILL PAY AGAIN R2 145 MORE ,WHAT ????? TO REBOOK THE MORNING BUS WHAT THE HELL IS IS ,????HOW CAN THE I PAY DOUBLE ,ITS NOT AS THOUGH IM CHANGING TO A DEFERENT DATE MXM ITS NOT AS THOUGH I WAS CANCELING THE WHOLE TRIP

Makro I always buy my things online and i always get disappointed, I don't know why I keep going back, the customers service and experience is really poor, and they are cheating on customers, i have called the 0860 300 999 more that 5 time for my orders being messed up and my refunds they are taking me pillar to post. EG, I have bought for 2788 and 1 item was not delivered that costed R319, and they refund me R77, what is that? when i call the noone has an proper answer ' i also place a order of a kettle for R999 two days later i get a massage it's out of stock 3 weeks later still I'm taken from cape to Cirio for my refund
i have bought their PIZZA in so many years now I'm not sure what is happening with the cheese they are using ,last night i bought on the double OMG the CHEESE is like cornflakes HARD and NOT melting at all.im not happy NO DEBONAIRS on TV your pizza is so prefect and its proper cheese not what we ate last night and now for breakfast . on Friday I order food for my family from McDonald in columbine square ,the food come and I was extremely disappointed, 1 the chips you could count them 2 the burgers were so dry and tastes very old( ROTTEN ) ,WE could not eat the food at all I paid R410 just to throw the food in the BIN im very angry because we could not take the food back to the shop as it was after 6.30pm
