The poorest business I have come across. I was a member in 2020, then I cancelled because I was being charged for services I couldn't use. I decided to give them a second chance, cancelled because I wasn't using the facility, paid for my final month, but I keep getting debited even though I owe them nothing. Pathetic
I don't have my paid up letter. I have emailed their customer care as well as the so called manager Bridgitte Mathole but no one replies. I was sent a letter that had my ID number but someone else's details completely, which is such a red flag because of the POPIA breach and the fact that I may have been scammed by this organisation!!!!!
What a terrible business. I cancelled my service with them effective 1 November. I was still charged a full November premium on my service and they still haven't refunded me
Every single week I get called up by this company to discuss an arrangement already made weeks ago that I am adhering to. Stop harassing me and update your systems accordingly!
The driver was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my partner. He called me using a private number, which is very suspicious. He didn't use the complex intercom system, he drove into the complex and didn't go to my door to deliver the order, and when my partner went down to see where he was, he was rude, didn't greet politely and instead proceeded to raise his voice at her, shouting about how long he had been waiting, and he even threatened her with a cancellation of the order. If this is how your staff conduct themselves, then please delete my account because i will never be associated with this nonsense
I ordered a Chicken and Bacon Pizza from Pizza Chicken Perfect Broadacres, and what I instead got was Chicken and Ham, which is honestly very poor service. Won't make the mistake of placing an order here anytime soon
I signed up for a membership with the World of Golf in January. We then had the lockdown in March. the World of Golf continued to debit me in April and May (despite the fact that I had zero access to their facilities). I then proceeded to cancel my membership because I refuse to do business with a company that operates like this. Since I have done that, I get debited twice every month by the World of Golf, causing me to lose R1500 due to bank fees incurred from failed debit orders. I have even blocked the debit order mandate and still I get debited. This business is absolutely unscrupulous, and I will never do anything anywhere near any of their facilities again
Has to be the worst business I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Make you sign a document that says you have 7 days to get your account up to date once the water bill is added, but I get cut off after 2 days every single month. Company doesn't even bother responding to mails. Absolutely pathetic
Keystone Investments is responsible for the worst nightmare of my life! At Stonemill Office Park, where I work, a tree located in this business park fell onto my vehicle, and the business park has not only claimed any responsibility for this, their insurance has refused to pay for the damage caused to my vehicle to the value of R45 000, hiding behind things like parking indemnities. The fact that a tree that was not properly maintained falls and causes damage to my vehicle and I must pay for it is absolutely appalling!! I have never been more disgusted by a business and it's poor practices more than by Stonemill Office Park and Keystone Investments. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Nando's Cresta Mall has to be the worst Nando's I've ever come across. The staff are rude and impolite. The chicken is burnt so much that when you eat it all you taste is Charcoal, not matter what the flavour of the order is. The orders are executed so poorly. I ordered Wedges and found normal chips mixed in with my wedges. Honestly this is the worst food I've probably ever had and that restaurant does not deserve the money of thousands of hard working South Africans
