Awesome staff and company
Luke & Louie....Well done! Awesome customer service like always. Thank you for the extra mile you guys always take to make sure your client is taken care of and issues are sorted in a professional caring matter. Great Wifi company and staff. You guys are Number 1.

Bank card is delivered by CCD, but Me (Company owner) cannot sign for my own Debit card, needs to be signed by my employee, if not, they can nominate the owner in order to sign for the business card (DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THAT WORKS) have been struggling 3months to get my company debit card. But they want to prevent *****.

Unacceptable
"How can we help" It's a lie, I have been struggling 3months to get my card, but my driver needs to sign for the card on my company. Never heard of an employee that needs to sign for the card only (Company owner must be nominated in order to sign for your own company card) No effort made in order to prevent *****. This is ridiculous.

Blood boiling service
"How can we help you" is false, they are worried about ***** but allow your employee only to sign for the credit card and refuse to give card to me as company owner....doesn't make sense. Unwilling to help you, it's pathetic. Struggling for more than 2 weeks.

Branch is a joke
Vereeniging branch is an absolute joke, don't answer their phones, does not place order for parts needed. Have excuses if parts is not there for weeks. Hate the place.

DON'T waste your time and money on Splashy/Starlight pools. Quality of work is poor, customer service, timely, unprofessional. No wonder they have changed their company name multiple times. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Causing you headache and anger issues
It's been 2years since I have cancelled my subscription with Mix telematics due to faulty units, poor service as they don't answer, replace their faulty unit, but still expects you to pay and threat you with lawyers. This is by far the worst tracking company I have come across. I have posted multiple occasions regarding this matter as they keep on sending me ridiculous emails regarding payment of a product I still need to pay for, the settlement amount has been paid just to get rid of this horrible company and still I am getting payment due's. To avoid headache and anger issues, STAY FAR AWAY FROM MIX TELEMATICS. Even their "Hellopeter" reply messages are a lie that they are willing to get the matter resolved.

Just awesome!
Wow! I cannot believe that there is a Spur that actually still gives friendly and good service with tasty food. Thank you to the waiters, manager and kitchen staff at Cancun Spur Meyerton for their awesome and friendly service and still making food with love. Like always I enjoy going there as they treat you well.

Unproffesional, poor service
They used to be a good company, but these days it is more issues than usual, I was with VOX previously which they did give good service, but since we moved from properties, we went back to VOX as per my previous experience......what a waste of my time, I have been debited/charged for a product that does not work when tested the signal and not even unboxed, they also were supposed to send out a team to test the signal on my property which also did not happen. They refuse to refund me nor come back to me regarding my issue. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of response & service.
