In the past week I contacted them 5 times before I was finally assisted with my claim
You are issued a debit card onto which Oneplan loads money. When you swipe the card at the medical practitioner and the money doesn't go through they charge you R8.50 per swipe even though the problem lies on their side. It's alway sorry but for the past 18 months that's the norm and yet another way to ***** our money.
What poor service by rude, *********** workers. All four of them too busy with private conversations, I requested to be helped but, to no avail. I'm not going back there.
Great honest work at an affordable price. Not many of these quality establishments left in the country
Poor service, understaffed customer service points, off line network systems, customer queuing machine not working and not manned. Another previously great giant has fallen. Viva BEE.

I have been receiving multiple sms's to tell me I must upgrade. I go online, go through the credit checks and get approved and that is where it stops. Three times now and still no delivery or communication. Then I go to the Vodacom shops where they pack chairs outside shops because they can serve only a fraction of the people waiting to be served. What a horrible company to do business with.
These guys are fast, effiecient, very helpful and do their job with pride.
