Worse service ever I registered a claim last month already. It was approved for glass, glass fit 24 July sent me the ref number for my claim. They never bother to come and fix my car, after getting another company that was willing to assist and I told Melissa from the Insurance that I prefer this new company since last week she never called me back. Everyday I send emails to ask for the manager no one is calling me, just for a glass excess of more than R1000 that's too much
I sent a request to renew my certificate, it was taking long and had no time. Excellent service from Celeste Westgate branch I went to called Dischem few weeks ago, spoke to Celeste, I told her my child is crying non stop, she is pains, there is a sore on her gums. She was very friendly, she said I can come and buy medication that will help her. When I got to dischem, she was the one helping me, she gave me a Lennon oil, immediately when I gave to my child the pain stopped, yesterday I also took as I had a sore for days. Wow Celeste, your are an asset to dischem we need more service like this. Thank you so much
Excellent service from Lindiwe Bhengu Early this year, i upgraded my account to Prestige. I have got nothing but outstanding service from mam Lindiwe, she is the best. Excellent Service from Lindiwe Lodi we showed me that she is not doing her just because she has to earn salary. She is in love with her work. I called on the 24 September 2019. Calling dstv for the first time the girl who answered did not even want to help me, I could feel that she wanted me to just say OK goodbye. The only time I called back on Saturday in the morning was because I already promised my kids that I will install Dstv. Londiwe gave me the service I was not even thinking I will get I just wanted dstv access. She even changed my mind to upgrade from that. Very friendly and always willing to go extra mile. Excellent service from Maule Tau Every time I go to Pick and Pay she is always hands on. She has even introduced me to buy clothing there. I always used to go to Pep or Her but now I am in love with Pick and pay I even tell my friends colleagues about Pick and Pay. That girl she is an ambassador for Pick and Pay. After the bad service I got when I wanted to buy my tickets to fly to Durban I never thought Pick and Pay has such staff members like Mapula Taught. I had to even buy my tickets at Checkers because of bad service. Pick and Pay let your staff be like Mapula Tau.

From January they keep on sending me wrong statement it's so frustrating. Went to buy at Jet using my edgars account on the 24-12-2019. They put the amount for buying. The payment they did not put it. That's so wrong for such a big company . Zinhle Mazibuko and Nelly Sheshane lied to say it's fixed while they have reversed my payment after it was included in my statement. I don't know which games are they playing

I called Absa bank accounts department, spoke to lady and requested my Natis letter. I told her I need it urgently. She said she will mark the request as urgent. I must follow up around 2. I called at 2 spoke to Thuli, she told me that the request it's still on the queue. Also that they don't have a copy of my natis, asked how come because in May it was sent to me immediately, she said it was Sandile, he is not at work, after asked to speak with her team leader she put me on hold for more than 10 min without coming back to me. I need my letter today!!
