I made use of their online order service. I had to phone them the day after I paid and send through proof to have them check for my payment. Then when the order was delivered three items was not delivered and the frozen chicken nuggets and patties was not frozen anymore. After I phone to complained they just said o... sorry, we will deliver the items tomorrow. But what about the frozen items that was not frozen. This is the second month we ordered and everytime something was not delivered. I think they hope people just do not check.
The consultant Justice Moshidi was friendly and professional but accepted my decision and even assisted me further with another insurance request
I bought a Defy Corner Wash Dishwasher in March 2021. In July I reported to them that the bottom blades is hitting somethig when the machine whashes. They just said they received my fault log but nothing came of it. In November 2021 I reported it again. During 2022 I phoned and got no response. Now the dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes anymore and the spray arm at the bottom gets stuck in the bottom tray. I have reported it again and did not receive any feedback.

I had a judgement against my name but it has been paid up from August 2020 already. The attorneys that got the judgement never removed it from my name and therefore I decided to do it myself. I got the paid up letter from the attorneys and I send it to all the credit bureaus I could think of. I am a transunion client and registered a dispute and send the document through on the 15th of June already. From then on I have been phoning every seven days to find out if the judgement has been removed and everytime they say they did not receive my documents. I have send it from different accounts to different accounts and still they say they did not receive it. Today the consultant said that the lady I spoke to last week gave me the wrong email address. I do not owe anyone anything anymore and the judgement was for a silly amount of R1500 that I was not aware of how difficult can it be for them just to remove it. From all the other credit bureaus I received a letter within a week saying the judgment was removed.
I peviously posted about Discovery that does not want to pay for my Covid test that was positive although they send me a letter saying they pay for two test per member and no where in that letter does it say that you have to see a doctor first or get a referral number from a doctor. A Discovery consultant then phoned me and gave me an email adress where to I need to send all the documents and then they will pay. The email adress was kznescelations@discovery.co.za. This email adress does not work. Today I feel I can just cry, I am still strugling to cope with still feeling tired and having headaches on top of that I need to strugle because of paying the test cash and having to buy all the medicine cash. I cannot believe I pay over R8000.00 a month for Discovery medical aid and they do not even want to pay one test.
On the 6th of June I was in self isolation for 4 days already because I was in contact with a covid positive person. I then did the online assessment on Discovery website and they said I could be positive. So because I received a document from Discovery over the weekend that they pay for two PCR test and two Antigen test I went to one of Lancet's mobile testing station and had myself tested. The PCR cost R850. My test results came back positive. Now Discovery does not want to pay my Covid test because I was not referred by a doctor. No where in there document of the test that is covered does it say I had to be reffered by a doctor. Discovery is really letting their clients down and are in the run of making money not helping people.
Mondo made an application at MTN without my knowledge. I only found out about it when I wanted to apply at MTN myself. They said the application was pending from last year November. If I go onto the Mondo site to track the application it says there is no application open for me but when I phoned them there was two applictions that they need to cancel but this takes up to 72 hours. How can they apply without your permission and then it takes so long to cancel it is unacceptable.
My husband upgraded his contract online with Vodacom. After a week they only delivered the phone. When we took the phone out of the box it was not working. We phoned immediately and ask if we can take it to a Vodashop. They said no they will collect it from us. After another week they collected it from our office. After not hearing anything from them we phoned to hear when will the new phone be delivered. They then told us it was never collected we must still have the phone. The person who collected the phone had me sign that he collected it but did not give me any proof that he collected it. I did take a photo of the serial number of the phone but trusted the courier picking up the phone. We have only ever gotten good service from a vodashop but their online customer service is terrible.
On the 25 of August 2017 I bought meat from a butcher in Newcastle. The debit card machine declined my card although I had money in my account. My husband continued to pay with hus card which was also declined the first time but went through the second. Then I received an sms that the amount for the meat went of from my account and twice from my husbands. I went into my internet banking and saw the transaction was pending. I thought it would be reversed by FNB like they usually do. On the 28th it was still pending and I went to the butcher to see if they have received the money 3 times and they showed me on there statement that this was not the case. I then phoned FNB who informed me I had to fill in a form to have it reversed. I could not believe this I thought they were a bank that wants to make banking easy and paperless. But I did fill in the form and emailed it to them on the 4th of September. I am very sad to say that the transaction is still pending and have not been reversed. This is unacceptable!!!
