This is the worst courier services ever. I ordered a Shein parcel. The driver was suppose to deliver on 2 September. As it happens he phoned me at a time when I was in a meeting. Only for that few minutes. Then after an hour I whatsapp back to say that I am available. I tried to make several time contact with Buffalo with no joy. They did not even try to make contact with me the next day for delivery. Then when I sent an email to inform them to support@buffaloex.co.za came back undelivered with some Chinese message. Which I had to translate. Then the message said that their mailbox is full and the message is undelivered. So why giving me an email address that is not working. Their link to complete a change of address didn't work initially and I notified them via whatsap. Eventually the link worked. So I changed the address and according to that message the next attempt would be to deliver then on 4 September. It is now 5 September and still now delivery. After a long waiting time to eventully got hold of them they said that my parcel has been sent back to relable and that takes 72 working hours! And I need now to pay extra delivery fee which is unacceptable just because for that short space of time I was not available. They didn't even try to deliver the next day. BUFZA7HH19825DSYQ This is my order number. You are the worst company ever!!!@!@!!
I am extremely upset in the way the medi-clinic Louis Leipoldt handled my account. My husband has been admitted on 12 Aug and I had to make a co-payment of R5490. (R1830 for admission and R3660 for procedure). He was discharged on 21 Aug. My medical aid waivered part of the co-payment, the R3660. So I made an overpayment on my co-payment. Now I am struggling to get this back. The medical aid run was on 13 Sept, almost a week ago. They said they can't refund me until the money appear in their account, however they got the remittance on their screen which they sent me a screenshot. My husband has been admitted again on 30 Aug and I had to make another co-payment of R1830. This is a different admission. Now the hospital wants to wait until that account has been settled before I get my refund. How can you keep my money aside? Each and every account should be dealt with separately. When the admission of the one account is settled and there is an overpayment I should get my money back. Medi-clinic is just there for the money. They are not interested in dealing with you as a patient and with your welfare. They just want your money. I spoke to Ruth Booysen and Leonie Smit.

I am highly upset in how you dealing the issue and records on co-payments. I would think as a staff member we would get better treatment. On 12 Aug my husband has been admitted to the Louis Leidpoldt mediclinic. I had to pay a co-payment of R5490 (R1830 for admission and R3660 for a procedure). I paid it. My husband has been discharged on 21 Aug. After this date I asked for the authorisation letter to have it on record and then see that the co-payment is not the R5490 but R1830. So the medical aid waivered the co-payment of R3660 after my husband has been discharged. Now I don't have proof from the medical aid that I paid the full co-payment of R5490 and I will not be able to submit my claim from GAP cover. I urgently need this money because that was my money to buy food! The medical aid said that the hospital need to refund me. The run for that account was on 13 Sept and I phoned the hospital today, 19 Sept and the funds are not reflecting in their account yet! I am furious because I need my money. And my husband has been admitted again on 30 Aug and now the hospital said that they need to settle that account as well before I can get my refund. This is not on! How can you change the co-payment after my husband has been discharged and after I have already paid this co-payment. This is your admin nightmare that you need to fix. I need my money. Somehow you need to ensure I get my refund. These co-payments are extremely high and this is our food money we pay and now you messed it up. Membership nr 911787656
My husband was admitted via the ER to the hospital on 12 Aug. Because an emergency procedure was also done, I had to make a total co-payment of R5490, which was R1830 for the admission and R3660 for the procedure. The hospital demanded that I made the payment otherwise they will not admit me. So I made the co-payment. Now afterwards when I requested my authorisation letter, the co-payment only states R1830 which means I paid too much to the hospital. I phoned the medical aid this morning and they said that they waived the co-payment of R3660, but the records were only adjusted on 26 Aug, which means that it has been changed after my the admission, in fact the co-payment was changed on the letter after my husband has been discharged. So now I don't have records from the medical aid that show the co-payment of R5490 that I paid. And I can't claim that back from the GAP cover because only R1830 is shown on the letter. Please note that this is my bread-money for the rest of the month that I need to urgently claim. You cannot change the records afterwards after I already paid. Who is going to refund me? The hospital said that my claim for the admission of 12 Aug has also not been paid yet. The hospital said that it is a levy that the medical aid ask so the medical aid must refund me. And I am sitting in the middle waiting for money that is due to me. Will you please change your records back to the original R5490 so that it corresponds to the amount I paid so that I can claim from my gap cover. My authorisation number is 142831601. My membership number is 911787656
I am highly frustrated with the turnaround times on the hospital claims. I am in the unfortunate position where I almost have monthly hospital admission, that result in co-payment upon co-payment. And these co-payments are not just applicable to the hospital, it is also on radiology as well as procedures. So in one month you easily pay up to R10 000 out of your pocket on these co-payments. So I expect to have these claims settled as soon as possible in order for me to have it on my medical aid statement so that I can claim from GAP cover. If I don't get the claim settled from GAP cover, then I run out of pocket before I need to pay my next batch of co-payments. There was a claim from Mediclinic Louis Leipoldt that was on the system pending from early June for hospital dates of 8 May. So with the statement run of 14 June, I expected for the claim to be finalized so that I can have my statement so that I can claim from GAP cover, which is by the way Admed (Guardrisk) which is part of the Momentum Group. With great disappointment the entry was not on the statement. And Admed is not finalizing the claims if you do not have the authorization letter, proof of co-payment, hospital bill and medical aid statement. So the medical aid statement is the only outstanding document that I anxiously waiting on. I even asked the medical aid for a letter from the medical aid that should replace my statement so that I can claim from GAP cover. However Admed is not accepting this . They flippen need the medical aid statement!!!! This is ridiculous. So I waited patiently for the statement run of 28 June and yet to find that the claim from Mediclinic Louis Leipoltd dated 8 May is still not on the statement. So yet again, I cannot claim this co-payment. According to the claim the payment to Medic clinic Louis leipoldt was suppose to be on 21 June. So why could this entry not be on my 28 June statement?!!!!! Then the new claim dated 10 June is also on my records but it was not finalized by the medical aid and also not on my 28 June. And when I phone the consultants they just don't freaken care because this is just another client and it is not their money they are dealing with. And what I do not understand is that the Momentum Health is charging all these co-payments and my GAP cover is from Admed, Guardrisk, which is also part of the MOmentum Group. So if Admed need to pay me the co-payment, or Momentum Health waive the co-payment and pay the full amount to the vendor, the expense is still within the group. It just makes us as the client poorer. So I think Momentum Health should also seriously reconsider their co-payments if they client has their GAP cover also from the same MOmentum Group. Even so to speak when it comes to staff members. I don't even know what your answer will help. Because as long as I don't have my medical aid statement with these entries it will still help me nothing. And as long as Admed is so stubborn to not process my claim based on the letter from the medical aid, I am still stuck without money. We are probably just another number and the staff working with these claims work so according to their little check list that they can't think for themselves and make exceptions to help clients.
I spoke to Justin Louw just now and he reviewed my premium on my policy to see how I could pay less. He managed to save me R500 on my premium for the same benefits. My premium is now cheaper after I even add another cellphone device. I am so happy
This is the most ****piest service received! I struggle for 3 days with my internet. I logged numerous calls last reference number is Vox20172934. The call center is also worse than most telecom networks. You hold on forever on a call that I need to pay for. And all they say is that my call has been logged. I actually want my line to be cut with immediate effect that I am free to go to another service provider. In today's world where there is so much competition on the same product vox have no competition and might as well exit the market.
I am extremely dissapointed in Vodacom. I received a letter where they will deduct my installment on 26 January. To my suprise they deducted it on 15 January. This was my grocery money for food. R224 might not be a lot but for January it is my food money. I need a refund IMMEDIATLEY.
I applied for the Multiply Visa Card on 12 Dec 2017. Shortly after that the courier company CCD Couriers phoned me to arrange for delivery on 22 Dec. On 22 Dec they phoned again to postponed the delivery to 28 Dec. And on 28 Dec they postponed it for 29 Dec. They however continue to postponed it for 2 Jan, 3 Jan, etc. I later discovered that the couriers don't even have the card to deliver yet, but they arrange for delivery. So after a week in the new year I phoned Multiply myself to inquiry about the cards. Then I was told that the file for requesting the manufacturing of it went corrupt but it was finally printed (Friday, 12 Jan), and I should get the delivery shortly. Yet, today is Wednesday and I phoned Multiply again. I was put through 4 times before someone could help me. I ended up with a Kagiso Ramphele. He said that they was supposed to get feedback by 10:30 but he will phone me back with feedback. The whole day has passed and when I phoned Multiply again I was put through again several times before I ended up with Kagiso. He just told me that I applied on 12 Dec for the cards. What a stupid comment! I know I applied on 12 Dec. That is not my query. My query is when will the cards be delivered. No-one could really tell me up to date whether those cards have been manufactured or where in the process it is. And the worst is that I made appointments where I need to pay up-front for services based on the fact that I will have the visa card to pay. So now I will have to look the drs in the eye with a red face and tell them that I cannot pay. This is the worst service ever. If Multiply is so bad in delivering the cards, what will my expectation be in the administration of this. I am extremely disappointed. I am not sure if I will ever recommend Multiply to my friends.
