I have never not had issues with Makro online shopping services. This time around they gave me the wrong item. There is no option on the app to request an exchange. It has to be a refund. If you want to exchange the product you need to call the store directly. Montegu gardens is by far the worst! Why should i be put in an inconvenient situation because your staff member couldn't read a label properly???? Makro clearly has no respect for their customers.
Vuma completely blew my mind. My parents WiFi went off on Tuesday. I called Afrihost and they logged a ticket with Vuma. I was expecting a call to confirm a date and time for the technician. When i got the call, it was from my dad to tell me the technician just finished up. And this was Wednesday afternoon!
Honestly i had high hopes. Apparently the driver could not get hold of me the entire day. I gave an alternative number, which according to them doesn't work either. At this point these people are taking me for a fool.

I love shopping at this store. They have a great range of products and there is always an affordable version of an item. Delivery is very fast and I'm all the way in Cape Town. But the best business practice they have is the personalized notes they put in my deliveries. It always puts a smile on my face.
If failure to communicate was a company, it would be Makro. Not only is my order late but they cannot even get in touch with the store so my order can be collected by the courier. THEN! only to discover, my order is in stock at a store in my city but for some reason its being sent from Johannesburg. I needed to take a day off work to accept this 'delivery'. Thanks for your utter failure in customer service.
I am absolutely horrid at the lack of service I've received from MRP insurance. I've been trying to cancel the insurance for my account since March. Yet they continue to deduct every month and account it paid up.
Dotsure never disappoints! I received a wonderful call from Grey Stopforth today to introduce me to the new Dotsure rewards program called Carrot Rewards. Such a fun name. Grey was very patient is answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. He was extremely friendly and professional during our call. Thank you Grey and Dotsure for the great service.
I am utterly disgusted with the crooks at vodacom. You outsource your 'new contract' sales to people who dont know your terms and conditions. Then when asking for an investigation and cancellation to be done you take your own sweet time while i must just pay your damn installment every month. I am officially done with Vodacom
