I dont recommend people buying these vouchers and entering it to the competition. I was a number 1 leaderboard winner of a R1000 voucher but never got it. Instead the winners were people which I never saw on the leaderboard at all. I am starting to think the competition is to lure people in only to buy more vouchers.
Rude agents, technical glitches, unnecessary time consuming processes, *********** staff. Waste of time.
Complaint against Cash Crusaders CARLTON CENTRE which was Cash exchange before. I will not recommend this Cash Crusaders at Carlton Centre to anyone. Lutendo the manager is so unprofessional and ***********, she keeps addressing one as brother instead of sir when i am related to her, she found it okay that I was sold a Samsung A54 and the ID details of a Foreigner was used to register my phone with. Lerato at Cash Crusaders Southdale exposed the rot in the *****ulent transaction as he showed me my details doesn't appear anywhere on the system for buying a phone,he also showed me my name needed to be on the receipt of the phone and not even that of any previous owner,in which I was only sent this receipt after 5 days over WhatsApp. Selling this phone or getting pawn was nearly impossible as Lerato showed me proof of purchase needed to be in your name.Both the owner of Cash Crusaders Carlton Centre and Lutendo the *********** manager found it okay what transpired,regardless of Rica rules, regardless of POPIA and stated clearly I will not be refunded for the phone or any inconvenience. Lutendo suggested over the phone they can only remove the name of the foreigner off the system and put mine, what *******ion.i question even how this store was able to get vetted with no irregularities, when I am encountering such *******ion.
FregnanceX is refusing my refund too.Company is portraying to be a merchant of original Dior merchandise but is really a **** company since FragnanceX is completely a different company from FregnanceX, but the logo of FregnanceX says FragnanceX instead. I would advise all people ****med by this **** company to report ***** to their banks, so that the matter can be passed onto South African ***** prevention services. Furthermore open up a case of ***** with the SAPS and request a Section 205 so that the ****mer can be personally traced and dealt with.
Highly *********** customer service. An agent called me told not to pay my instalment this month as a credit was processed on my account.This to find out the agent who works for Mweb provided me wrongful misleading advise.Upon laying a complaint with Mweb they completely defended the agent and refused to see she provided wrongful credits passed on my account.Only a R100 credit was passed onto my account also due to incompetence but this agent instead told me my full instalment was covered,which led to Mweb threatening to deactivate my account if payment is not made today. My complaint is directly aimed against CCMA Johannesburg.I had by far one of the most arrogant,***********,uncompassionate and emotional Commissioner named Faizel Mooi at Johannesburg CCMA.I have asked Faizel Mooi clearly to recuse himself,which he refused to do, when he blatantly refused to listen to evidence of punishment,victimization and undeserved increased of work given,not to mention breach of contract too against the employer FNB.Faizel refused to do his job by looking at my facts.Faizel Mooi is a person that pointed his finger in my face with so much aggression that i knew on day 1 he will dismiss both my applications of:unfair labour practice and unfair dismissal,in which he did after a few days!Faizel Mooi is such an uninformed Commissioner he indicated my matter falls under a possible constructive dismissal when i never resigned at work to begin with.To make matters worse Faizel abused his power to such an extent that he made a clear defamatory attack on the Award against me by indicating 'it is ludicrous that someone does not know how to report for duty' so what happens when the employee was confused on how to report?that is not idiotic Mr Commissioner, terms need to be elaborated in a clear manner.Since i knew from day 1 Faizel will dismiss my application i sent through a complaint to the Regional Commissioner Elmien Wehncke to report Faizel's unprofessionalism,hoping I would be granted a fair hearing for my evidence to be acknowledged or at least looked at by a different Commissioner or rather have Faizel disciplined for his cold actions towards me, Elmien instead sent me a letter siding 100% with Faizel's unprofessionalism,Elmien instead indicated i need to go to the Labour court,so meaning if one can't afford labour court the employer gets away with impunity.The CCMA is a last resort for employees who were wronged by abusive employers,so if the CCMA fails to render an obligation as a creature of statue that clearly means,it's pointless the CCMA exist and should be shut down instead.This is another reason we need to stop voting for the ANC,since the judiciary system is a complete mess in South Africa with so many ***********, clueless people who occupy positions they're not competent to possess.My call is for the CCMA to be shut down,since it also became clear on the news certain Commissioners are now taking bribes from the employers!You should be ashamed of yourselves but i am a firm believer of Karma.
Working for FNB Fraud department at Bank city was by far my biggest regrettable mistake.When i exposed a listed perpetrator and prevented additional fraud but got suspended,then i got an incompetent biased investigator assigned to investigate my suspension confirmed 'We are not doing Law here' it goes to show what a disaster leadership is within that fraud department @ FNB
Found myself at CCMA Johannesburg, and had by far the worst Commissioner ever named Faizel Mooi,an emotional wreck, biased Commissioner and not a good person at all.One cannot even hear how he pronounces English words at times.He makes one feel stupid in the room but labour court does set his Awards aside as well.Really not a good man.May Karma give you exactly what you deserve.
Upon being an owner of a mercesbenz e200 I had a horrible experience by trying to get the car sold.we found out by a dealership to whom I tried selling the car to that incorrect milleage was recorded on the system of Mercesdesbenz Eastrand.i was accused of fraud and tempering with the milleage.current milleage 178000km by according to service history of Mercesdesbenz Eastrand the milleage was 181000km in 2014.i took the car for an inspection run on the speedo meter and found my milleage was correct however a false milleage was captured by a lazy staff member.that made me lose alot on trying to get my car sold.i feel so discouraged by such service of Mercesdesbenz.
