Dotsure is a HUGE **** in the Insurance company. I urge people to terminate their vehicle warranty covers because they will never assist. They will take you from pillar to post. I took my vehicle for inspection to an RMI registered company as per their requirements. The job card confirmed that the driveshaft is Damaged but they are still refusing to pay.
Nedbank has informed me that I have unserviced debt and it was not paid once since 2011. I also contacted Transunion and there is nothing under my name. This debt has been prescribed long ago but Nedbank is refusing to close off this account and send me the prescription letter.
Amos and Lily tried to **** me on Friday them 01 August 2025. Them tried charging me huge amount for a service that was not done on my vehicle. They refused to give me details of higher management hence I chose this platform
My wifey and I have registered our vehicles with Matrix but never recieved the services we are paying for. We have been trying to communicate with them for over three months but still no response. We have requested Customer care department to call us and still no communication.
My wife and I bought contract phones from Vodacom and we have been receiving wrong billing for two months. We contacted the call center and still went to the branch but no help still. We are on the brink of canceling the whole thing and contact another service provider.
My wife and I bought a car at Hyundai Strijdom Park dealership and we regret every moment of it. Firstly, on the day of collection the dealership arranged that we pick up the vehicle at 08H00 but the car was not even ready and we were late for work. Secondly, there were few items that were not in good condition which they promised to fix but about four months down the line they are still taking me from pillar to post. Three weeks ago, my car was due for service. I phoned them to book my car in but Samantha and her boss Mxolisi never responded. I then contacted the manager to arrange for service and to solve my queries. He promised that he will fix all the faulty stuff that I have explained to him. Today ( 21/09/2023) my car was collected for service and I had to chase them to bring it back. I brought it to the attention of the manager ( Thabo) but he was rude and ruthless. I asked him for the contact number of the regional manager and he refused. The vehicle was finally delivered around 17h30 after calling them several times and I was late to attend to my commitments and no one cared about everything. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this dealership because you will be inviting trouble in your life. Thank you Kgatedi Leonard
Hello Peter I have an unpleasant experience with Takealot. The way orders are handled is very disappointing and I don't think I will ever use it in future. I placed an order a month ago and selected to pay on delivery. We'll, they sent me numerous emails advising that my order was delivered to the wrong address and it will be redirected to me soonest. I kept receiving such emails and eventually my order was canceled. Recently, on the 16 April 2023 I placed another order, paid by card and the delivery was due on Monday the 17th. I again received another email to say my order was delivered to the wrong address. Today I received another message to say my order was cancelled without any valid reasons and without contacting me. If Takealot is taking their customers serious, they will improve on their poor customers service and start serving customers accordingly. There are lots on online businesses I can support. Hello Peter. My car got damaged at a school while doing registrations for my son. The school offered to pay for damages because it was their staff member's fault. They school asked me to submitt an affidavit with 3 quotations so that their Insurance (PSG Insure) can process the payment. The challenge came when PSG Insure decided to pay the cheapest quotation saying that my car is not under warranty anymore. They want me to replace what was damaged with non certified parts. I have challenged their decision but I haven't heard anything from PSG Insure until today. Please assist
I had a very disheartening experience at FNB Limpopo Mall branch last month. I then went to Mokopane Branch for further assistance and they asked me to write a letter of complaint of which i did. The lady by the name of Matete phoned me once and promise to revert to me and she never did. I am still awaiting feedback since Am very disappointed with the level service at FNB branches especially at Limpopo Mall. It looks like bad service start from the top level and filters through to the consultants. No one cares in this branch. Thanks
Hello Peter, I please need your assistance with this account query with DSTV. My account number is 56401632 My Mobile number is 0735771888 I did phone Multichoice customer services centre on the 25 September 2019 to disconnect my account and I spoke to Thabiso who confirmed that he had disconnected my services. (Ref: 56401632-I147) Two days later i received a text saying they have stopped my dstv and I owe them money. I know that if i arrange for disconnection, they shouldn't charge the penalty. I phoned them and they told me it was an automated message and that i should ignore. Yesterday, I phoned them again because i wanted to connect and pay my monthly fee but to my surprise they say I owe the for re connection fee. Today I spoke to someone who told me to pay ZAR 399.00 and send a proof of payment and they will connect and solve the error from their side. I did that but when i phone them again to check if everything is in order they still tell me i owe them the re connection fee. I spoke to four consultants already and they are taking me from pillar to post. Please can you please intervene on this matter for me. Thanking you in advance.
