This company has linked their website with my company web page without my permission which when you click on EcoPro Insulation it redirects to their insulation website...***** most def so be very cautious when approaching this company...
I would like to inform the public of the disrespectful and rude service that youll receive when contacting the customer service of truworths..especially from a lady called Nthando you only wants to argue fight and create conflict with her very disrespectful attitude and rude nature **** **** **** service to be expected from this group My call happened today at 09:30

Extremely **** service from the nurse at the clinic with a serious attitude problem and very rude just because she was in a rush Carnival baby clinic shame on you DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE
I mailed virgin active requesting cancelation after them replying to me a fee is applicable so I paid a fee where they confirmed cancelation yet they still went on to debit my account. They are so incompetent and that is why my fiance left and went to planet fitness.. So much better. All I want is my refund for the debit they took after they confirmed that no other money would be taken. Stay away from virgin active
Good day I want to settle a dispute between you and my fiance concerning her account. She has sent numerous emails and communicated directly with your call centre which I must add are very rude and like threatening people like my fiance. She got a call this morning that said she will be blacklisted if she does not make an absurd amount as where my fiance bianca Nel has explained numerous times that she is unemployed and can only give 200 to 300 pm which was excepted by a call centre agent she spoke to and we made the arranged payment agreed upon. So I do not think it is wise to threaten my fiance with blacklist if payments are being made as if she would be blacklisted I think that would be illegal as payments are being made. I would understand if you told my fiance there would be interest on arrear amounts but threatening her with blacklisting and then telling her that you guys don't care what her circumstances are like being unemployed or won't listen to what she has to say and then ending the call I would say that is probably the worst customer service ever. And then futher more threatening my fiance that if she does not make payment today futher steps will be taken.. We have been making payments of 200-300 pm as it is all we can afford at the moment which your consultants made notes of and agreed on that arrangement. So if she is blacklisted it would be an illegal blacklisting as payments are being made and above the min amount as stated by law. Please correct this asap. Thanks That is the email I sent and need to say how pathetic their service really are and how Mr Price likes threatening customers with blacklisting even though payments are being made. Truly pathetic and rude consultants. Wow they are such a joke
They have the worst service when it comes to customer service and helping customers coming to an agreement. Do not make use of them as you will regret it.. This company is so pathetic and untrained to work with people. I am retrenched and still they do not want to assist me with a payment plan to keep the payments up to date only assist when account will be in arrears and then you get a call at 7 in the morning from the most rude people you'll ever talk to from their call center and after that you just get harassed and threats. Wow such **** service.
Got retrenched UT I've got a policy not missing one payment and now that I need the cover for my monthly installments the send me a letter telling me I'm not gonna be covered due to not staying with one company long enough however they failed to mention that when I took the policy. I urge anyone to stay away from hollard as they will only take your money and then your just another number. Pathetic service.. With false promises.
I bought a car Ford Fiesta from imperial select Nelspruit where after 2weeks my brand new car start giving problems and they inform. Me that it is my responsibility to take in the CAr and and do the annual service and needed repairs after I told them a week after buying the car about the problems. They have ignored my requests and only response is its my responsibility to do everything and no car will be provided for the time the car is in workshop.. They have the worst Customer service and after sales service and would advise anyone and everyone to stay away from buying any of their cars.. Don't go through the same **** that I went through. So pathetic and useless customer service. Please stay away from nelspruit imperial select
