This company has linked their website with my company web page without my permission which when you click on EcoPro Insulation it redirects to their insulation website...***** most def so be very cautious when approaching this company...

These people are totally useless. Absolute NO after sales service. Thermometers installed only work for a few months, then they DIE!! They just do not care about their clients after they have installed their products. They are FLY BY NIGHT adventurers.

Don't be fooled by any warranties they offer. Whatever goes wrong is bound to be your fault, not theirs, and a lot goes wrong. The Helderberg franchise, run by Rene du Preez, will leave you in the lurch every time. The director/franchisor, Pieter Janssens, is arrogant and dismissive and together they will walk away from any problem you have. Never again!

Don't be fooled by any warranties they offer. Whatever goes wrong is bound to be your fault, not theirs, and a lot goes wrong. A few years ago I had underfloor heating installed by Speedheat, Bellville, Cape Town. The heating is great and worked well. About a year later I had an issue and made contact with them and they promptly and efficiently resolved the problem. Not sure what happened the past 6 years, but that Speedheat service no longer exists! End of May this year, I made contact with them as my underfoor heating is not working in all the rooms, except one bedroom. After several follow up calls, a technician came out and assessed the problem - charged my R700 cash call out fee and promised to get back to me on how to solve and the cost. I called a few times and eventually received a flimsy explanation and was promised the Director will make contact with me. Waited for weeks and no response from the Director Juan and tried calling him, but to no avail. Left messages with the receptionist for Juan to call me. Eventually after weeks, he calls me and gives the same story I've heard before about their office challenges and some baby/ family challenges. He promises to call me back after some investigations and proceeds to tell me how keen he is on good service etc, etc, That was on Friday 20 July. I have yet to get this great service from Juan. I am STILL awaiting feedback from him as to what the problem is, the repair and cost. He promised to get back to me on Tuesday 24 July. On the 31st July when I still had no feedback from him, I sent him a follow up text. Despite his self-professed customer service ethic, to date, I've had NO response to my text. I sent the receptionist also a text, NO response from her either. Not sure what kind of sad, sorry story the Director Juan will have for this poor service. DO NOT DEAL WITH SPEEDHEAT - save yourself the frustration.

I have been waiting for THREE weeks to get feedback or an email from the manager regarding my faulty under floor heating. No response. This guy is nowhere to be found. He runs a hands-off business it would seem. They have been moving offices/ upgrading offices for the past three weeks. Not sure if they have moved to Canada. I thought TELKOM has no service ethic - but SPEEHEAT takes customer dissatisfaction to a whole new level! I am still waiting for the manager to call me or advise me what is happening to my faulty underfloor heating. I've been waiting for THREE weeks - how many more weeks will I be waiting for Mr. Manager of Speedheat Durbanville Area?

<p>in 20008 when we moved into our new house Speedheat Underfloor Heating aprouched us and sold us thier systems.They came with big promises saying that they are the best company to deal with and deliver the best product ..Well we just recenlty found out that they are just the opposite of all of that.When the system was installed not one salesperson came to check if the systems they installed worked it took us some time to find out that they charged us for systems that were never connected in the first place.The workmanship was shoddy and the coverage of the heating systems was small.Now in 2017 we decided to retile , and called them yo come and test thier systems and gues what , they were to busy to come out ...so we decided to go with another company that was willing to give us the service , so when the new company came out they confirmed that Speedheat and had not installed thier systems correctly , we approuched them for a refund , Mark Cole the CEO was very unaccomidating and would never ever use thier serivces.He refused to refund use a cent , we landed up ripping thier terrible systems out and through it away,,,we have a fantastic new system from another comany now...</p>

7 April 2015 I paid and amount of R1596.00 to Speed Heat for the installation of underfloor heating. On the same day I cancelled the order as I received a much cheaper quote which included material and installation. Nalesh Maharaj, Customer Relations, requested my banking detail which I emailed to him. A week later the refund was`nt paid and I followed up with Nalesh who informed me that the Financial Manager is off sick and will process the payment on her return. I called back at the beginning of May 2015 just to be informed that they had system problems and was transfered to Sandra the financial manager. Sandra advised that the refund would be processed on the day and the funds available within 2 to 3 working days. Two weeks later and I still have`nt receive the refund so i called Sandra. She gave me some stupid excuse and promised to process the refund that day. Thursday the 4th of June I once again called as i did not receive the refund. again Sandra promised to process the refund. A week later, 12 June still no refund. I called @ 09:30 and was transfered to the Directors assistant who took down my detail and promised to return my call within 30 min.13:51 no feedback !!!!
