I have no idea why its so very difficult to return food that is off to PicknPay and I had to contact Pronutro who asked me to take photos of the Box of Pronutro I was told to get a refund They ask for a string of different views of the box. A few days or maybe weeks later I received a Code on my Cell phone. I was told to only go to Checkers to get Pronutro. I tried 3 times and they gave 3 months to claim the refund. Each time they wasted Checkers Bryanston and Checkers Fourways Hyper. The supervisor said the full Code was not given. How does Bokomo Pronutro get away doing this to customers giving them a run round for 3 months to get the food that's always old and stale I was sick after eating it and they seem to take responsibility until you go from shop to shop to find out you have been ****med. Still no refund for your stale Pronutro. Shame on you guys. What has happened to our once responsible country and supermarkets and factories is a shame. Why don't we get refunded immediately. Where are our health departments?
My daughter bought a Thermostat from LG Service and was told they can service and fix our LG GR329BL They sent 2 service men who tried 5 times and could not get my refrigerate to stop freezing. They called me two weeks ago at the time I was so behind I had to wait to get things back to normal. I try calling to get them out as I am back in the same place aqs I was where my LG Fridge is freezing up and I keep throwing everything out of my fridge. Its so disappointing as when I call Johannes the Manager Declines mt calls continually. Are their any Good managers in service Department that can assist and advise? As I cant get them to fix their bad service and get my LG fridge working. How do I deal with it?
Legalwise Logo says Don't speak to me speak to my attorney. Their is no Attorney given in more than 4 years. They send me to the Ombudsman and miss lead me continually. For nine years I have tried to get legal assistance for a problem with a neighbor, I now have a matter that Legalwise refuse to give an attorney because I am below their SO CALLED threshold which was not an issue before and costed much less. I have now been forced to pay R4900-00 for a fence that the Home Owners Association are liable for. I have been up and down since December 2023 using petrol to get my meter recoded People helped me at the Eskom gate as reaching Eskom does not work by phone after spending R150 between my daughter and I we never reached Eskom they don't answer their phones at all. Again this month the tokens are blocked. I cannot get through to Eskom again using hundreds of Rands call time and Petrol. Arriving at Eskom this morning Debbie spoke to me and was so very unhelpful. On return home the tokens given by Debbie again don't work at all. I just want my meter to work. I was given codes and the codes were rejected. This is the second set of codes in 2 months. How can they be so very inefficient? The people at the gate at Eskom were very helpful last month but by this month I have had to go again using petrol and hundreds of Rands calling Eskom and Debbie who has no patience tells me to listen and does not rectify the meter. She does not seem to understand what happens when people run out of electricity. Please can someone assure that this meter of mine is sorted out. Your Alfred Pod cod is hopeless. Nobody EVER contacts you. Eskom's whole Prepaid meter system is a disaster. When will they get it Right?? Its upsetting and so very unfair these heartless people can operate this way and get paid to mess our lives up for us. Surely something can be done. I am sick of running out of electricity after paying for electricity 4 times and none of the methods worked at all. This is *****ulent taking money and making people run in circles for a service that does not work. I managed to load the first token again today since battling to get help. Eskom cannot keep taking my money I want my electricity I paid for and don't want to have to drive out my petrol because Eskom's system does not work Can anyone assist me and give my money back its R210-00? This amount is for tokens spent on at two banks and two Retailers and I got no electricity as it reject the tokens Eskom must sort my meter out to work so I don't spend hundreds of Rands next month again. Please Eskom I have spent Four days trying to get through to you only to have my Airtime used up. I have reported at least 4 times on Eskom's so called Chatpot and also another family tried getting through. My meter rejected all Tokens put into it for the last week. I am out of electricity, No cleaning . No washing No Hot water. My meat will go off if something is not done. How do you do this without providing FNB with New Codes for the Meters? I paid for Electricity I did not get. How can you not even respond to customers desperate cries for a basic need. Crippling all South Africans with Meters that no longer work. I want to know why Codes needed to Change. How do you go about without even answering your phones just cutting us off. I need electricity I already have paid for. What is going on in our country? I purchased R150 Electricity through online banking, Only to find that my meter rejected the Token number sent to me. I have not been able to vacuum my home or watch TV in fear of the very few units I have. with only 7 units to go, I cant even charge my laptop or phones. How does a bank get away with selling the public tokens for electricity that does not work I have sent through at least 4 emails and had no response from Care at all. I went to FNB I called Fairlands who are responsible to see tokens work Still nothing. I paid for electricity FNB. When will you arrange for ESKOM to get the meters to work? After all you did take my money at least you can get the necessary NEW CODES to work. WHY does ESKOM need to change CODES? Why put us through this strain? I need my electricity I paid for 4 days ago. My computer broke and I could not use my laptop nor did I use any Gigs as without a laptop its useless. A month later I bought a new laptop. Throughout the full month I used my phone for emails. When I took my Modem to get my new laptop connected I realized that 4 Gigs of Data had been used. I should have carried over 5 Gigs and it should have been 10 Gigs carried over for Day service. As well as 10 Gigs Night service as one full month had been accumulated. I have proof I never used my Modem and went to Telkom Randburg to get them to change the Modem to work on my New laptop. Then I realized 4 Gigs were already used. This is *****. I have noticed I can barely go into my emails ad 5 Gigs are depleted. Also I queried how Telkom put my monthly subscription up by R5.00 I signed a Contract for two years for R89.00. A contract is a contract. When I complained a while back it was just ignored. Now with the Gigs missing again they never came back Just ignored my complained. Its unacceptable, I have proof that I was sending Whatsapps to my daughter to print and was using my phone for a month. TELKOM are *****sters.
Terrible Service NON EXISTENT Nightmare thereafter No proper advice always miss led continually After resigning continually having to ask for confirmation we terminated then conveniently no reply to many emails sent then Receive Statements after termination Certificate sent Termination THEN Applications sent instead of Termination Confirmation. After noticing a few places in my home had openings after the last summer rains I called JBC Roof Cover who sent through Rudy to assess the damage. I explained there were a few places I was concerned about which he just brushed off as movement. I then tried to contact his office assistant to get the Director or CEO's email I was told he does not have an email address and I should send it to Christi. To date I have heard nothing, My guarantee will end soon and I cannot get any person to contact me regarding the problems. I sent through an email sent explain how they needed to attach the ceiling they had to replace in my kitchen to the brandering, this was not done and I complained it would not hold. I showed Rudy after complaining that there was already a faint split right across the ceiling which could worsen with time and rain. I stood in the kitchen and could hear something stretching like a sound of wood. They will not even contact me regarding the problems I have since noticed a water mark appear in the bedroom this cannot be brushed off as movement. A ceiling is dangerous if not done securely. Why do they ignore their complaints?
After I reported Momentum Insurance Assist Depart sent a plumber to fix a leak. It took over a year since the incident, I still have not had success in concluding the claim. They hacked my computer. Have left me with worse faulty plumbing that can cause serious problems should it leak, substandard, refuse to rectify to what I had before they messed up. Their service provider destroyed my stove, I am a pensioner having nothing to cook on, they say there was a problem before this is untrue, it always has worked, my oven only tripped but did work. Refuse to get me back after they caused the problem. Save yourself run don't use them its devastating. The do not communicate with their Service Providers causing Chaos, try to force clients to accept substandard work, especially drains that block, make you accept plumbing that will either burst or block damaging your cupboards they just fixed. Refuse to try solve claim amicably forcing you take it legally, its not worth the stress. They took 3 weeks to fit a kitchen, and cause more trouble than its worth, leaving you with bigger trouble than you had before, making excuses your stove was not working, how can any human being live without cooking? My stove just tripped. now I have no stove at all, its a disgrace that they get away with what the caused in the first place and get a further chance to sabotage your home, its frightening. I never caused this, their service provider messed up, he just needed to switch off the water. Now I have bad plumbing and no stove, they say my stove never worked, they sent through at least 7 or 8 inspectors. At least three before the job, why did they not check if my stove was working. Their service provider will tell them my stove was working, they are liars and cheaters. They could have checked the stove to see if it worked before. They have the most hopeless Operations managers I have ever seen. They take photos, all they need to do is show their service providers the photo of the size pipe fitted before. The Operations managers getting huge salaries causing much strain on their clients and their service providers. They let their Service providers work with electricity, they know nothing about, they could get electrocuted, they not electricians but to save a few bucks, instead of doing it properly, they risk lives. Its obvious the managers are incapable of carrying out instructions, after the jobs are done badly, they send out an electrician who obviously makes a report the stove not working. What did they expect after unqualified people removed counter tops? Then damage the stove the service provider knew worked when they started the job.
