I placed an order on 19 Sept 2025, and I still do not have my product. Although they communicated via email, I find it strange that it promises 3-4 business days for delivery, but 5 weeks is pushing it...
I've had my roller door serviced in June 2025 and since then I have had numerous problems - I've contacted Wendy numerous times and they did come out to "fix" the roller door, but the door is still not working properly. I have paid over R21K for this! Her excuse is that the roller door will keep on giving issues because it is old - they replaced the PC board and fuse - NO Warranty (very convenient). She refuses to come out and fix. BAD BAD SERVICE - DO NOT USE THEM!
So far I AM VERY IMPRESSED with the Cape Town Team - Keith - you guys set an example of what companies should do. On time, work fast (even under rainy conditions) - keep up the good work!! Day one of 4 - already I'm happy!
MAX was called out to fix my DB boards, plugs, etc, in March 2025. He originally quoted me R70K for the job, but then it jumped to R138K !! I paid since I had to carry on with my business. I politely asked him SEVERAL times to send me an itemised billing invoice for insurance purposes, but he promised and never sent it to date. I believe I was HIGHLY overquoted/****med. Be aware!
Bad experience with after sales service. They don't offer collection or delivery service. Been a client since 2015.
My husband is a PRESTIGE client. We have our business banking and personal banking at Standard Bank. His debit card expired last month. NO notification received and when we enquired, card division promised to deliver his card... 3 weeks later... STILL WAITING! WHY ARE WE PAYING for services we don't get????
We have cancelled our contract with Chubb, but "they haven't received the cancellation". Anyway, stay away, as their service is non-existent and they have been taken over by ADT (from bad to worse)
Prompt delivery - good price! I would recommend them

WITHOUT PREJUDICE : Took out a 3-year special contract during 2013 and pre-paid. Did not sign up for any renewal at all. Now they have blacklisted me, saying I owe them as my membership fee is in arrears. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
