New balance factory shop Diep River really doesn’t know what it means to look after their customers. The website mentioned that their store closes at 13:00. I got there at 11:50 and they refused to let me in. There were at least 7 other people outside. No explanation was given and they did not even want to engage with us. Really poor service guys!
I moved from Telkom and I thought that I could put bad service behind me. Was I wrong! Signing up was the easy part. Quick , simple and easy, but then the problems start. Emails go unanswered, one mishap after the other, misunderstandings galore and no solutions on the horizon. Promises are made but that’s it. At a time when internet connectivity is a must Vox makes you think that maybe Telkom wasn’t that bad. It’s frog foots fault, we will get vuma to do the installation etc, etc, etc. If you like empty promises then give Vox a call. They won’t disappoint.
I cancelled my adsl and fixed contract with them and I gave one months notice only be told the process takes 2 months. I have had 10 days of adsl for this month (July) yet I’m being billed for the whole month. On the 10th of this month the adsl stopped due to bad weather . Now I am expected to pay for an entire month even though I was only able to use the adsl for 10 days. By the 15th my contract came to an end and they had still not repaired the adsl in my area. When you see Telkom please proceed with caution.
I am at wits end with these two companies. I bought airtime via the banking app on the 11 of December 2019. Up until today (25 January 2020) I have not received my airtime. I contacted the bank who immediately responded by saying the fault lies with vodacom. I tried contacting vodacom and eventually on the 22nd of January they responded saying the fault lies with standard bank. I can’t get any clear and truthful answers from these two companies. They have become too big to care.
I bought airtime via the standard bank app on the 10th of December 2019. Up until today the 4th of January 2020 I haven’t received my airtime. I made contact with Standard Bank on the 10th and they confirmed that the problem was with Vodacom and they have also escalated it to vodacom but they are awaiting a response from vodacom. I am considering my options with regards to vodacom. One cannot continuously be subjected to such bad service and be expected to remain loyal.
Service is always amazing. They are really good at what they do. Keep up the good work guys
An absolutely useless and clueless organization. One year on and nothing has been concluded, not even the recognition document. Unfulfilled promises, cancelled meetings, unanswered calls and mails and the list goes on. In spite of doing nothing you cannot cancel your subscription with immediate effect because they need to bill you for at least another three months, if you lucky. If you have spare cash laying around that you would like to get rid of for no apparent reason, then SADTU should definitely be your first choice.
If you ever intend buying crocs, go to a bricks and mortar store. Stay away from their online store. Once you make the mistake of buying online, pray like you've never prayed before that nothing goes wrong because if it does there is no solution. You can check the stats on hello peter, one third of complaints go unanswered, 74% of their ratings are one star, their average response time per complaint is over 400 hours and in my experience, the responses are not up to scratch. When they say they will investigate, again, in my experience, it means they will not respond to you again. I have even submitted a negative review twice about one of their more expensive shoes and received the message that the comment is with the moderator. Nearly a month later and no sign of my comment. Crocs SA should change their name for their online store to Crocks (as in decrepit) SA. To be fair, I have to say that the service I received from the Access Park store was professional and what is expected from our retailers.
If i could offer my sincere advice to anyone it would be to stay as far away from the Crocs online store as is possible. I've had one bad experience after the other from the delay in delivering my order, to the quality of the shoes received, to the after sales service. When I received my shoes, it lasted all of two weeks before the stitching came loose and the material frayed at the edges. I informed them and they exchanged it and I initially thought, "Wow, not too bad!" Six days later and the exact same thing happened to the new pair. I then mailed them and was told that even though the shoe broke after one week, I world have to pay to have the shoes collected and replaced. I don't see why I should pay to have the shoes collected! If they had done the right thing by making good quality shoes there would be no need to replace it. It's like i'm being penalized for the bad quality of their shoes. I even requested a credit note or a voucher but "it's not company policy." To their credit, I have to say that the guy at support who tried to assist me was really trying to be helpful, but when you reading from a pre- prepared script (company policy) then unfortunately there is very little you can do.
I have always had a good experience with Vodacom up until now. My contract expired at the end of March 2017 and I upgraded to a new contract. Unfortunately, I have had endless problems with no end in sight. I am being billed for the old device as well as the new device. I have contacted Vodacom on numerous occasions and I have been told that it is with solutions, they have made an error, it will be rectified, and so on and so forth. I have always been a proud Vodacom supporter, but after 6 months of broken promises I am left disappointed and utterly disgusted at the poor level of service.
