CCD Couriers set appointments and do not meet those appointments. Yesterday I was supposed to receive a parcel between 10:00 - 12:00. At 12:00 I received a call the driver is running late and will arrive between 12:00 - 14:00. I later received an sms at 13:18 that the driver is 4mins away but the driver never arrived. I called CCD couriers and they told the driver did not find me at my practice but i was in my practice the entire day. Now I am told I will only receive my parcel on Tuesday the 18th. The worst choice I have made in my life, was purchasing the Simple choice Textured Paint at Game Store last week. I painted my house with Simple Choice Textured Paint, two days later the paint is peeling off the wall, and Game Store in Secunda is refusing to refund me. I need my house repainted by the weekend. This product wasted my time and energy.
Vodacom is the most useless service in the cancellations department, I requested my contract to be canceled in June 2023. I paid the remainder balance of the contract Account number: I7507405-4, now they have listed me ITC for non-payment and handed me over to lawyers, which has messed up my credit profile. Vodacom remove my name from ITC listing. I am highly disappointed in the level of service received, and no one is able to assist me with my request. I am always transferred with no response from holding on the line.
I made a claim for a hijacking, I complied with all with request for information and documents. SAPS and Tracker have done their investigations and closed the case. For the past 3-4 weeks, I am being told they will give me feedback at the end of the week with regards to my claim. Now being told they are waiting for a report from the investigator, who I am told does not have a turnaround time for the investigation, meaning the claim can continue running until end of the year. Is this how they treat all their clients? Or is because I am black and should suffer that I am not able to now get to work on time. The is no fairness in this claims procedure, I am treated like I am the one causing the delay in the investigation. Unhappy client

To whom it may concern I am writing this email with greatest sadness of the incident that occurred on the 1st of August 2021. On date 1st of August 2021 I got hijacked of my 2019 Audi A3 35TFSI and have suspicions that a Cartrack technician was involved. Reason I say this is he was called in my presence, he said lets call the guy from cartrack he will assist us, and he advised the hijackers not to bring the vehicle to his area being Dawn Park as it could implicate him, upon meeting him he opened the Bonet and did his work. The hijackers confirmed that I should just forget about ever finding my car because they have the person that can help assist with removing any traces of the tracker. They then proceeded to confirm that they will meet at in Sunward Park near Virgin Active or Windmill Park and it's in this area where the last position of my car was picked up. I request that this be taken seriously as this does not only mean the rest of your clients are at risk but also means that your ethics as a business are being compromised by one of your own. Upon advising the supervisor who is dealing with my case in the control room, I was told that it could be a former employee of the company and therefore not much could be done. I did say I dont believe his a former employee as he asked for the registration number of the car. This just tells me that as a company you are completely ok with having current/former employees sabotaging your name and brand. My car has thus not been recovered with the assistance of a car track employee who removed the unit and cartrack the company is not able to recover the car. I am going really going to start speaking out about this incidence as I have noted its not taken seriously by your company. I expect a call and formal communication about this as this is not something that should be taken lightly. Hope to hear from you soon.
Vodacom we had an agreement they debit from my account every month for my data contract. They do not debit and report to the credit bureau of account not being paid, everytime I have to call them to debit. Vodacom has now messed up my credit record. We suffer for there incompetence of your employees. Last month July I called to ask if I have an arrears and was told no and they even offered me a phone. Today I am told I am in areas with R800. Credit report says 90days missed payments. I am surely cancelling my contract.

This by far the worst service I have ever experienced since having my policy in 2018. Simple tyre amd rim claim. I made a claim on Monday and emailed all the pictures expecting to have tyre and rim sorted by the weekend. I called on Wednesday to follow up, I was told they dont have my car on the policy and should have it added on the policy. I tried to find out why is my car not on the policy and have been paying since 2018. Monday, and Wednesday I send the pictures of the damaged tyres and rim. Friday afternoon I am asked to the pictures again, when I am expecting feedback on the claim. I have made previous claims on the same car for a tyre, scratch and dent with no problems. Today I called was told the same story that my car was not on the policy and then it was added. The consultant then told me I will get feedback on Saturday about my claim, knowing very well the claims department does not work weekends. We are being played for fools with expensive premiums we pay and get **** services. I am 100% sure I will not get my tyres and rims sorted by tomorrow as promiced. I have resolved to just go buy myself the damaged tyres and repair my rim tomorrow morning, as I dont expect any feedback from your team. My plans and bookings I had made for the weekend all gone. Cant trust the guardian angel anymore
