The box fashion has been my spoils every quarter, it was something i gave myself for working so hard, now that life has dished me some lemons, i wrote them to cancel my subscription, i would return at a later stage, the process was easy and they cancelled as per my request. Thank you.
The worse body corporate company I have come across. They dont answer their phones, they dont answer their emails, when you do get through, you are told the person is not there, the receptionist knows ******all. This body corporate is so laxy dazy, they have not repaired one thing that was requested. Why am I paying over R1000 every month to a company that think ****all of their clients, the maintenance of the oasis complex is putrid. They are so quick to send you lawyers letters when you behind on payments, but when you are on time with payments they cant even provide a decent service. They need to be reported for theft, they are unprofessional, so many people complaining about leaks and water damage, and nothing is done. We as owners need to stand together to get new body corporate council. All of those people that run this **** show, needs to be fired! The worst ever, do not do any business with this people, your requests go unheard. They will be hearing from my legal council.
I joined bonitas beginning of August this year switching from doscovery. Since I've joined.. I receive almost daily spam emails stating they would get to my query when I haven't even sent anything... You can't even reply to those no reply mails.. Secondly this pass weekend, I get a sms that my membership has been terminated.... Without my request!!!! I go an query it with the person that assisted me by joining this medical aid... This evening I get a no reply email stating my membership is reinstated... N sorry for the inconvenience???... Firstly... Why was it canceled in the first place when I didn't request anything to be canceled? This is very concerning... And I don't feel like I can trust bonitas, It now makes me want to really cancel my membership before I can even use it. I want to know why was my membership canceled when I did not request it.. And why am I receiving mails that are spam
So Im in the process of looking for my first car, and I have done some research on various dealerships, and I came across this company, As many consumers do, we always check the reviews, and I have to say, after going through the reviews, the level of professionalism in the responses to unhappy customers is appalling. Coming from a customer service background, it is very evident, that the theme of the responses back to customers is very defensive and no accountability is taken. Just reading it from a consumers point of view, it is very unprofessional and leaves doubt in a new buyers mind. As a new buyer, customer service is the important part of a sale. If a company is not inviting and not authentic, customers can pick up and then turn away. Many of the complaints seems to be that the vehicles sold here, are not what the customer agreed on, empty promises were made and not fulfilled, seems like they would say anything to get a sale. When it comes to the after sale, it looks like customer service is out the window. After sale service is what completes a sale in a whole and what keeps the buyer coming back to do business, if you get that wrong...you will continue to lose business. Im sure the owner will be reading this and feel some type of way, and will probably give me some second rate, unprofessional response like they have with the others, it doesnt really phase me, but instead of being in your feelings, ask yourself, how can I stand out, out the 1000s of dealerships out there, what can set my business apart from the rest, right now, yall look like backyard dealers. It takes time, effort and the will and the need to make every customer as successful, so that your business can thrive. Take ownership, accountability and be authentic. You dont just open a business for money, its got to be about passion, and in that progress also making a difference in a clients life by selling good, roadworthy vehicles with no underlining problems. Dont sell cars that still needs fixing, nobody wants to buy a car that still needs work. Your customer service is the face of the company. Wheel Traders, its a no from me.
One of the worse customer service I have experienced. I have been trying for a week to close my direct axis account, I emailed them a few times requesting a letter stating my account is settled, and I am also waiting for my refund to reflect. Can someone please get back to me. I tried calling, my call gets dropped constantly or when I hold for a consultant, there is nobody on the other end. So quick to give out money but when you pay them back , they drag their feet to assist you to close the account. Get back to me please.
I have tried to upgrade my credit card but for some reason its showing two accounts instead of one, I asked for assistance a week ago, its been almost 12 days. Nobody has come back to me, every time I call, I get disconnected. Can someone please get back to me via email, as calling clearly is not working out. I need my credit card corrected asap.
No matter how many 1 stars they get... They will never reach out to their clients and better their service. It shows, they haven't answered one bad review. The just don't care. It's unfortunate. This page has become a graveyard of bad reviews and not taken seriously, shows what they think of their customers. Telkom provides a service that most ppl use.. Yet they don't care about client happiness or relationships... There customer service is non existent. Why do you have a customer service line if your agents are incompetent... Do u not have pride in your business or name Telkom.. Or is it all about greed? Your motto to make more money and **** the rest. For a company with that large of stature, the structure uv implemted is so bad and ridiculous. You double charge people on a daily basis.. You fail to cancel contracts... Even when the cancelation fees are paid... Your CS agents most of the time dunno what they talking about.. Or giving incorrect information.. U so quick to blacklist ppl or threaten or switch off services... But u haven't given any service to ur clients... Those deals u give out is an eye blind to what u actually stand for... Ruthless money hungry monsters, if it wasn't for ur clients telkom u wouldn't be as big as u are. Day by day you lose a customer to your pathetic practices and lack of interest to ur customers. We see it.. We experience it. Stop being corrupt, even yous do e things the proper way and fairly.. You would have more customers flocking to you instead vodacom and cell c is looking pretty good.
They say they pride themselves on delivering the best possible service. I highly doubt that. Ive been trying to settle my loan for the past week. Ive sent emails, till today, no reply. Ive phone almost ecveryday they kept telling me to call the next day. Its friday, i want to close my account and settle, how hard is it to send me my settlement letter. Seriously, your peoples CS is a very very bad, no sense of urgency at all. Someone contact me n send me the settlement letter ive been requesting the past freaking week.
I've been banking with absa for over 10 years already. By my surprise when I checked my bank balance on the banking app, I see they deducted R1043,75 from my account, no notification, nothing... I have never paid that much for banking fees n it's a savings account. I want my money returned. For every transaction I was billed for n on top of it you people still steal my money. Unacceptable n totally disgusted by this service.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I bought these sneakers on sportscene online and it was my first time using the online services...i waited 5 days for it to be delivered..it was delivered the 19th of november 2019..i opened it up and what do u know the inside of the one shoe is filthy. ***??? Do u people not check the stock before u people send it to the customer. This is disgusting! I have photos to prove it.
