Currently Trafalgar is managing a Property in Jeffrey's Bay, acting as Trustees for the Body Corporate. Their Accounting is very excellent, but the managing of the Property ...... and enforcing rules.....??? No use complaining, they put your problem in a wrapped parcel with a bow .......daring you to.report them! Throwing legal terms when a problem arise. People just give up, and learn to live with the turmoil surrounding them.
Signed up for a card machine a 2 weeks ago. Funds do not get banked, and no feedback from Morgan Brown or paysupport at Adumo. Sent various mails, still no response. This is a serious problem. cannot cancell contract as who do I cancell with?

SMS Received from Sanlam/Direct Axis stating my account is in arrears, authorize debit order". Is this fraud ? - as my payment goes off via debit order. Been trying to phone, transferred from person to person, or a unattended line - with people in the background. Emails sent also not actioned, or get a call back, to be told "I do not deal with this, will get someone else to contact you."
Cancelled contract with Cell C telephonically, accepted by Cell C - month later line suspended due to not cancelling contract, Cancel contract by letter and paid outstanding amount. Again contract not cancelled due to R70.00 outstanding. Eventually got the contract cancelled. Now my credit is showing Cell C account has a balance of R70.0 - How on earth do you get these people to zero my account.
Covid Lockdown, I applied for my insurance to cover my premium. Took me months to sort out. After this, my debit order was never reinstated and my account ran into arrears - due to not being unable to establish contact with Sanlam, emails are returned due to mailboxes full. Have been trying to get anyone in Sanlam to action my request of outstanding arrears and banking details to correct arrears. To no avail - 8h00 to 9h20 on the phone trying to reach them again. Their answering service does not work, on inputting Id no, you are left hanging. IPHE, a call centre agent - when talking to her the line cut out and she did not bother to send a sms or even a mail trying to establish connection. Are they making money out of us with interest on the arrears ?
COVID-19 Assistance, BIG ON WEBSITE OF FNB.. Due to National Lockdown, no salary was paid to me. Logged on the FNB site, got a reply to submit documents. Emails kept on being retired stating mailbox full. Called, mailed, logged CALLS, spent hours on the phone. All referred me to send mail to alternative mailbox, got a email back, where I had to submit documents, again I submitted, the same mail In total I must have sent 15 emails with the same documents. To date I received no reply, only a '' bot:' telling me my account is in arrears, what a joke.... I know my account is in arrears, I cannot make arrangements, if I am unable to communicate with FNB, to date that has been impossible. Aware it is lockdown, but they could maybe just send a response, or empty the mailboxes.
1. Visited Brackendowns branch: Change surname @ arrange for use of cards internationaly. Assitant did convert my account to purchase online - not what I asked for. Surname still not changed as they do not accept the South African Identity document. Why do we bother to get a Id,as it is not accepted as a official document. 2. Phone into the call centre, after speaking to 8 people, finding more problems that exist on my accounts, with no resolutions. CAlled * 4, transferred to various departments. 3. Visit Alberton branch for a final attempt to get my life in order. Offline, with no "Will call you back", or any other good customer service initiatives
