You have really been of great assistance since starting the process with you which has not even been over 2 weeks and you are working remotely. Thank you for regaining my financial status after struggling for a whooping 2 years. May you get all incentives and bonuses for providing a great service without stressing the client. Your call center agent by the name of brenda, is the kind of individual who says all the right things in an interview and then when she got the job,her true colors shows that she is not doing that job because she loves it but she's doing it so that she can put bread on the table... She is arrogant,doesn't have phone etiquette, doesn't pick up the phone when she doesn't want to and then has the nerve to say "lalela la" to a customer who wants to be connected to a certain shop in the mall... She must either revisit her call center course if she ever did any or just don't wake up to go do the job she does not love because she is not serving any useful purpose for such a 1 street mall...
I took my phone to sportscene Heidelberg mall for repairs as it did to want to switch itself on,on the 23rd November 2020... The phone was bought in February but it was already giving me problems. I have been waiting for my phone to return back to its owner as I received an sms on the 8th December to say it has been repaired and I con come collect it at the store. I went to the store on the 24th December 2020 and I was told my phone has not been received,we called and called both Samsung repair center and mtn but was told different stories about my phone whereabouts... When I went again to sportscene Heidelberg mall on the 30th December, my phone had still not been received but instead I was told Samsung repair center staff has gone for holidays and will be back on the 4th January 2021. I have been calling both sportscene and Samsung but their phones rang unanswered... I am highly disgusted with this poor service from all these 3 service providers that are supposed to provide a swift service but instead I am getting a nonsensical one... I want my phone back,I am gatvol with the back and forth because if it was a white customer,the service would have been treated differently and with urgency because white people are taken as superior to other races as always... I will never ever buy a phone from Samsung because within a period of 9months it already gave me problems and the experience I have been receiving is absurd... All three of this companies do not care about the manner of service they provide to certain individuals... Til this day no one has bothered themselves to call me to find out about my concerns.
You know what,we are irritated by the service that we are getting from this so called black owned business... Today we are being told by Arifa the indian lady that she's doing us a favour... We have paid up these tombstones since 2016 and yet we are still not prioritised... I am now going to open a case against this service provider that is not deelivering what they claim... Imagine telling a client that you are doing them a favour by doing what you get paid for...
My parents have paid up for 4 tombstones with Bataung memorials between 2015 and 2017,we are still awaiting for the tombstones to be engraved as all the information needed was given to them. Now my father is kept on hold by the owner of Bataung telling him that hes out of the country,then the phone lines in his offices were stolen useless excuses... Him as the owner why is he not living instructions with his juniors to come to heidelberg in ratanda to install the damn tombstones... Its been far too long a wait for my parents to be turned into stupid people for something they have paid up for long time ago... Bataung memorials is however serving people that have not paid for anything,coming out on speakout helping people free of charge and yet my parents are made to be running after him,its uncalled for and yet we are supposed to support black business... The only thing i want now going forward is to get a phone call confirming that they are on their way to install the tombstones thats all...
So i went to buy breakfast and coffee at wimpy victoria centre,i was serviced by a girl named Ntedy,infront of me there was a white lady,she greeted her so nicely,kept calling her maam. Then came my turn,she didnt even greet me,the smile she had for the customer before just vanished as i approached the til,what amazed me is the fact that we seated on the couch waiting for our orders along with the white lady,Ntedy brought the white lady's order to her on the couch,opened the door for her as she was carrying her breakfast and coffee,the came my order,she just said "sorry" and from the other 2 ladies who were paying there i could tell she was talking to me,i resisted going answering her "sorry" which referred to calling,then the 2 old ladies then made me aware that this Ntedy girl was calling me,i apptoached the til,she gave me my order which was my breakfast and coffee,i opened the door for myself and then as i was going out my coffee fell... So what i want to know is,does wimpy teach their staff to only show courtesy to a certain colour of people and mistreat other races that come there to pay using the same money as the other races and even tip the very same person who treats a different race better than you... I am disgusted by Ntedy's service towards me as i witnessed a far better service before me from her to a white lady...
I have 3 contracts with motorvaps,1 a tyre insurance,2 a service plan and 3 a warranty plan. I took my car in for service at VW which i calles motorvaps first for the go ahead,they asked for the mileage of the car which was then almost 132km,the claims guy agreed that i can take the car in,surprisingly they didnt want to authorise the payment saying my car is not due for service and then they said they will only pay for oil service which i had done already... Motorvaps is a rip-off of a company they need to close down,who takes out an insurance with mutual and federal vele,what do they know about insurances... I will not pay for a cancellation wjereas I was never serviced or given any good service...
I have a tyre insurance with motorvaps,i had a puncture on the 25th december 2017 which was a holiday,i reportes the matter on the 27th december that i got a puncture and because I was driving at a road that had no street lights i decided to drive just a little bit to the street/road that had lights for my safety and of my kids i was driving with. I then decided to put on a new tyre amd sent them a quote,next thing they send me a respond that says they wont pay for the tyre because i drove the car while i had a puncture and their contract stipulates that i should have not... My humanly question is,was i really supposed to just sit there in the dark with 3 kids in the car not knowing when my next help will come from because of a stupid contract... Its so funny that when you take out the insurance,they will never tell you all these things, I am even still awaiting the paper work of that contract i took last year march... Motorvaps i want my reimbur*****t for the tyre i bought which you are supposed to replace...
I called vw mooi street to find out if they have a right hand side drive shaft,i spoke to this 1 white guy who initially said he was busy as he was dealing with other customers and then he asked for my car's vin number,as i was giving it to him he just said "i cant hear you" and hung up tje phone on me... I called again this time i spoke to a michael who gladly assisted me,im just disgusted by the service of the first guy i spoke to at the parts department,how do you treat your own vw customers like that when infact we buy cars straight from the dealership mxm...
So i went to game heidelberg mall to buy the advertised sale of a 3×3 camp master gazebo that comes with 2× camp master chairs for the value of R999.. The gazebo was available in the shop and yet the said chairs were unavailable. My quiry is,if you bring stock of 200 gazebo and 400 camp chairs,then how do you run out of 400 chairs and yet have remaining gazebos on stock for sale??? I want the said gazebo that is on sale,along with the camp master chairs not what they told us that they have ran out of camp chairs but the gazebo is still available... Can game heidelberg mall care to explain because i do not buy this "while stock lasts" explanation when infact the gazebo is still available in the shop...
