I've been calling momentum health for me for the past 8 weeks and all I am getting is the run around, constantly asking for documents. I've sent everything they want and now they want a CD10 code and I've explained to them countless times that the radiology department said they don't have that. I guess this is what you get when it's time for them to pay back your money... Excuses!!!! Please cancel this product I don't want it anymore

It's been over 2 weeks since Uber debited my account 3 times for one trip and to date I am waiting for the refund and they keep telling me it will reflect in my account in 3-10 days... It's over 14 days now and I want my money back!!!
I was supposed to get my parcel on the 4th of May, today is the 21st of May and nothing, I call the call centre all they can tell me is I need to wait for the sms, what is taking them so long to deliver my parcel. Buffalo is pathetic, they should be boycotted by everyone. so useless
I loved the products but please kindly look at using a different delivery company because Parcel Ninja service sucks
Parcel Ninja bad service I have been waiting for my delivery since yesterday and till today I haven't received it, everyday I get a message that my parcel is out for delivery but I'm not getting it, obviously the driver got there late yesterday I had already left work couldn't they deliver it earlier today??? please kindly assist I have called but still no assist or sign of the parcel being delivered and I need it for this weekend. What an inconvenience.

Terrible service, poor customer service, this guy will ignore your calls and hang up on you, asked him to come quote on an oven, he took the elements and never came back, he is now ignoring calls. Disgusting.. he should just bring back the elements and I will get someone else to fix the oven
bus got us from Midrand, dumped us in the middle of JHB, very dangerous and then we waited 2 hours for the bus to get there, we got in the bus and now we stuck in the middle of nowhere and the drivers are so rude telling us that they will leave us here and we won't do anything about it
I subscribed to Showmax, I was told my subscription was going to be R50... I'm on dstv access so I pay R115. A discount of R50 was applied on my account but it says I should pay R214. I called and spoke to a Thandeka who told me so rudely that I know that when you have access you pay R100 for showmax... That's not what I knew and a R50 discount has been applied on my account so how is she telling me that I know... I asked to speak to her manager she told me I can't coz of covid. Please sort this matter out or I might as well cancel dstv and just use showmax consultants don't know what they are talking about.
