So I complaint on their page couple of hours later they remove my comment....... So I ordered lunch via MrD. The tast was perfect but the desert which was a chocolate cake was not fresh it was old especially the sponge part. Instead of responding or even apologize just delete comment from page..how disappointing 😞
I'm really disappointed with your service. This is for the second time from last order I did. Your delivery guys don't stick to the delivery days. I was supposed to get my delivery last week and you sent email failure to do so, of which I understood. This morning you sent an sms for delivery no show up no updates and you expect a customer to trust you if you schedule another delivery time. Clearly you are disrespectful when comes to customer time.
The bed shop in highveld centurion. Have good customer service. I was assisted by Carlton. He even went by assisting after his knockoff time to delivery same day. Thanks to Carlton and keep up the good work

On Wednesday 23 October, i filled petrol into my car, the petrol attended by Name of David swiped double amount from my account. Initially when i told him he took double amount he denied and tild me that never happened until had to show him from sms and banking app on my phone. David claim the machine he was using switched off and thus all this could have happened. He then said he is going to report matter to manager by name George, then George told hime take my details and they call me in an hour to refund me. I personally requested to see him.... I was told the manager will not show up as he claims he already send message to me. I then decided to personally come out of my car and go and meet him in his office that is after 30 minutes. When I arrive he said he can't do anything i should just write my details he will call after and hour when verified payment. After three hours when was at work i call the fuel station, the manager answered and when he had it was me.. Because he never called as he promised. He tells me i should hang up he will call in five minutes. Till today Saturday the 26 Oct he has never called and my money is taken twice out of my account.
After paying deposit, then not even day later we do a cancelation. Then a week after a week we call in to ask when we will get our refund. All we are told auditors are handling matters. Three weeks later we decide to go in person at the villa via. First manager refuse to speak to us, and when his reception finally gets him on the phone, all he could say is i dont know when auditors will give you the deposit of 18000, and he is not responsible, he does not handle matters after he left the lodge/hotel and he doesn't care whether we escalate the matter or not.
