Best Insurance Company150341237
My call first started with Virashni, who transferred me to Charlotte. Both these ladies were awesome. Charlotte thank you for your assistance, and the laughs. You absolutely made my day seem so my brighter. Outsurance has two great staff members, who lived up to every experience I have have over the past 20 plus years. Always willing to help. Thank you!!!

PICK N PAY CRADLESTONE MALL
It is a pleasure to go into this store after avoiding it for many years. Since there's new management, the whole atmosphere has changed. From the time you walk in past the security, right until you leave the cashier that assisted. Previously if I had to give a star rating there would not have been one. Maybe, once all the changes have been done as planned as mentioned in a quick chat with Dylan, an extra star can be added.

A WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE AT TELKOM CRADLESTONE MALL
Today, I visited this store after a query about 2 months ago, when I was helped by a super young lady by the name of Kgomotso. On walking in she recognised me, knew exactly what the reason of the visit was, and assisted me quickly and easily. I truly hope the owner of this business knows what a gem he has in service, and nurtures a valued employee. Kgomotso, thank you for your assistance, and it was a privilege to be in your company for a short period.

FISH AND CHIP CO. CRADLESTONE MALL
Today was the 2nd time in this month that I went to this store to be told that there is no stock, they only have chips. The 1st time they were waiting for stock just after New year. Is this franchise closing and they need to get rid of an over supply of old potatoes? The lady on duty wasn't the friendliest of people either, though I can't blame her having to repeat the same thing over and over. This place was always buzzing with customers and n8w it's dead. Fortunately for the customers but sadly for the staff having to attempt to work here, the opposition around the corner always has stock and friendly service.

CHECKERS CRADLESTONE MALL
Today I had to buy a few things at Checkers and at the same time, I wanted to purchase water at the company downstairs near the parking area, that i have supported in the 4 years 2 months that i have stayed in Krugersdorp. As it was 12 bottles that needed refilling, I took a Checkers trolley that was left in the parking area and proceeded to leave my bottles to be filled while I quickly went to do my shopping. This is a normal custom for me, which ever chain stores trolley is there that is the one I grab. Just like a lot of customers. To my horror, the lady who mans the water store, requested that i do not bring the trolley into the store, as THE AREA MANAGER OF THE WEST RAND, visited her, and told her that she must instruct her customers that NO CHECKERS trolley may be left outside OR ENTER her store. Checkers does sell refillable water at a lesser price, but it is my choice for health and hygiene reasons to purchase from the opposition as there only ONE person who does the refilling, not as Checkers has in place, where whomever, with what ever they have touched with their hands has access. What gives this gentleman (I did ask whether the lady was given a name) the right to tell another business who/what is allowed to enter their place of business, and that they must carry out his instructions. Is he scared Checkers will lose a few measly rand to an opposition, or 8s he trying to "make a name" for himself with head office. I have always supported Checkers Cradlestone, but it seems like I will have to m9ve to the opposition. Three stars, is because of the friendly staff on the floor, security and cashiers. Management seem invisible you never see them around.

Awesome service
This was the fist time I've been into this store. From the point of entry to exit the ladies were very helpful, and friendly. They were kind enough to keep the last savoury platter in the cold storage for me, allowing me to pop in to the next store for other purchases. I understand with all the holidays and the weekend, that would have been why the shelves were "unstocked", but never the less I was able to get what I needed. I wish the owners and staff a blessed 2025, and may the best expetiences of 2024 be your worst of 2025.

BURGER HUYSER ATTORNEYS ROODEPOORT
The attorney's I have dealt with regarding the drawing up of my Last Will and Testament at the Roodepoort offices were wonderful. However, to get a reply from their accounts department after numerous emails makes for losing a perfect rating.
