Flew with the team from Singapore Airlines from New Zealand to South Africa in Premium Economy. From the time I arrived I was greeted by a friendly staff member who assisted me with check in and paying for the additional baggage I had. Paying per a kg adds up quickly but it needed to be done. Paid the additional $950usd (Quite Steap for what was the equivalent of 1 extra bag costing nearly more than an entire additional ticket.) Only to find out after the fact that your additional baggage or additional spend with the arline does not even earn you additional miles. So after paying for what was nearly an additional whole ticket got nothing back really from them. Additionally, I see on their website all these great points and earnings for purchasing items on their store, only to find out that that does not apply to any purchases made on their flight. It was a small purchase of 133 SGD, and the flight attendant showed me the miles I was earning, but I still didn't get anything. So any additional spend is not rewarded, and their program points expire annually there appears to better rewards programs within the Star Alliance group where you earn more from your spend aswell are are able to pool miles with family etc. Just done NZ to RSA Returns Already Booked Back there with an additional leg to be added> Flights for 2 other family members and me return from RSA to Thailand. Maybe got to look at other airlines for rewards and loyalty programs. from what weve seen, Uniteds Milage Plus and Air Canada way better.
Will never use bolt again. Registered my card they did the R1 transaction to verify card no problem. Then placed order for a car to get to a meeting it then processed the payment reversed it and stated they still verifying payment method. I tried another tow times only for them to take payment and never send the vehicle. Tried contacting support the chat loaded person entered the chat but never messaged waited q0 min no response. Tried again only for your app to fail and not allow me to click on the chat function so unable to open support. R150 down, missed meeting no support whatsoever shocking you have messed up entire work day now I'm stuck sitting somewhere with no means of working trying to organise a lift back with a friend.
I was sitting at home working when I noticed 2 transaction notifications come through on my card. Both at a BP garage 20 minutes away. I immediatly called Tymebank to notify them of fraud on my account as I was sitting at home and there was no way I was busy using card 20 min away. Eventually found out that the one was a reversal. Which would mean funds would be entering my account they didnt. the other was a purchase that went off my account. I spoke to their fraud team who then logged a case and I received a case number DCI-130774. A few hours later I got another email saying it was under investigation and a minute after that that it was complete. I thought great they must have resolved it wow. I was wrong nothing had been done contacted tymebank and spoke to their fraud depratment who then said they could not find the case number on their system. They then asked me to email proof of the transactions to their fraud email address which I then did. After I sent it I got an email to say this email no longer exists and it had been forwarded to the correct one. It has been a few days later and I have heard nothing from anyone. And I found out that they had subsiquently blocked my account. So when on my way home late in the evening and I needed to quickly put in petrol I find out my card isnt working. I had to drive home go grab cash and return to the petrol station to pay. At no time was I told they would be blocking my account. I had quite literally depositied R3000 into the account ealrier that day so thought everything was fine. I am sick and tired of fighting with Tymebank and constantly having to phone in each time there is a problem. List of Problems I have had just a few I can remember Can't log into an account from oversees Credit Card application denied when contact call centre no one can explain why or has any knowledge of why. Tried to payout goal save recently kept saying error Loved time bank and recommended it to everyone over the big banks. Think its time to close my accounts and go back to the big ones that can actually handle its clients.
Hi there Vodacom Team I am a little confused. I visit your site looking for a sim only deal to assist my dad on his Phone Contract. I click on your 4GB & 200 min Contract for R299.00 per month When that page loads it loads and shows the RED Core 2GB 200min. But that is not what I wanted. When you then look at what is included in the contract you get the following. 1GB Anytime 2GB Night Time 150 Minutes 150 SMS So how have you made up this package? I wanted 4GB with 200 min Now I get 3GB with 150 min and 150 SMS Please explain as your entire website with deals is like this. Has somebody messed up with the labeling or am I missing something? And by the way your Table Bay Branch was useless as well went in there to get some help and they only had 1 Samsung device in stock so even though we were going to take out a contract that was quarter of the size of my dads current one was going to cost more. Told me to just take a brochure and come get the new on in the morning. Thanks for the help.
Hi there Everyone Just over 2 years ago, I took my car to be wrapped in my charity branding. This was a huge milestone for us as being a small charity it would bring us a lot of exposure being seen on the road each and every day. After working hard and spending weeks looking for the right company to do the job we eventually picked ACOM a branding company based in Belleville. We set up the meeting to discuss the plan and for their design team to recreate the design we already had. Everything sounded amazing and it looked as if was going to be awesome. We then got a phone call to find out they couldn't do it in the colour we wanted as they would then need to do all the letters and pictures of logos as separate stickers and stick them on the vehicle once it had been fully wrapped. We didn't want this so opted to go for another colour that they could make it all one big sticker with no extra bits and bobs stuck on top. 4 days pass and we go to fetch the car. Only to find the brand new wrap they have put on is scratched and they are missing parts of the letters from words. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. But not to worry they going to keep the vehicle for a few more days to fix it. Oh, and they still did it as separate stickers after all even though we went with the other colour. As their employee told me they went with this colour because it cost less to print. When I queried this with them they said you brought your car in for the promotion special and that my colour choice was not part of it. Nowhere in any of the Ts and Cs nor on any of their advertising does it specify any certain colours. Fast forward a week or two. The wrap starts peeling off the car everywhere! from the roof to the bonnet everywhere. They say no problem bringing it back they will fix it. I took my vehicle back to them about 5 times for them to fix. I ended up with 3 different brands of wrap on the car. 3 Different shades of black and they overstretched it so it went white in those spots. After having my vehicle looked at by 3 different companies all of them have concluded they must have used a cheap wrap possibly interior wrap for walls as well as a cheap glue. The wrap had not even been on for 3 months and it had already peeled off and removed the PAINT from my car. My car still has its OEM paint job no resprays. I contacted the CEO on multiple occasions to get a refund so that I could have the wrap removed and my car resprayed to fix the damage it caused. Only to be dealt with rudely and told that's not going to happen and that I must just keep bringing my vehicle in. Each time losing my transport for 2 to 3 days and cost me to pay other people to drop me. Currently, as it stands they have redone nearly my entire car and yet we are still having issues. Roof redone x3 Bonnet redone x2 Side Fenders redone x2 From start to end ACOM has been a nightmare. From the contra vision, they put on my back windows and side windows peeling to the point that when it rains you cant see out of them its just one solid wall that I asked them to remove as it was dangerous. All the way to connecting my windshield wiper up incorrectly and it wiping the boot instead of the glass. No joke you can see for yourself in the videos. I opened the right-hand side car doors and saw they had just tucked the wrap in and that it wasn't finished off nicely just mangled on the side I spoke to them about it and was told that's how its supposed to be so that the wrap doesn't peel back. Well for 1 the wrap peeled back anyway, 2 you left it like that on the right-hand side but on the left doors you finished it off nicely which didn't peel back. The one picture of the roof completely pulling back is the most recent of the wraps issues. That is how I found my car when I arrived back from being overseas. My car had been sitting in the garage protected from all the outside elements and yet it still pulled off. Not to mention that if you get any dirt on the wrap from dust to bird **** it immediately discolours the wrap no matter how quickly you wash it off. Would not recommend using Acom In the words of ACOM "This is shocking and is not our level of work" -Their Head Applicator. "This is disgusting I will get the guys to redo it"- Company Secretary and PA Acom you had your chance to remedy this problem but instead, you chose to rather stick it to a local charity and for that I will put this review up so everyone can see who they do business with.
I absolutely loved Tymebank their interest rates and low fees made it great for me to use for all my everyday banking. I then went overseas and kept my account open so if I wanted to buy things in SA for the family I could. Only to find out that their app and their website are blocked from use outside of SA. Which meant I couldnt log in to any of my accounts I now have to give my banking log in details to my family to try and transfer my money out of the account and close the account down. Really disappointed will have to move to another bank.
We set up an ad so my charity could reach as many potential donors as possible. Unfortuantly the ad stopped working a few hours into our campaign which meant we lost out on thousands of potential donors. This was really dissapointing as we boosted our post to get the most exposure and support possible to raise funds for the animals affected by the Table Mountain Fire. The Ad not working has meant we have lost out on thousands of potential donors bringing in vital funds. The fire is now over and we have lost our oppotunity to get people to support the animals. Project18 will now have to try and find another way to raise funds to cover this.
I love Easy Equities system it makes it so easy to understand as well as buy shares or properties through their partner company Easy Properties. Unfortuantly when you try to contact them you dont get a response. I first contacted them about an idea I had and something I wanted to work with them on 27 November 2020 I was given 2 emails of people to contact and I did with them reading my emails but never responding to them. It is now the 22 Of April 2021 still with no response from them. Really dissapointed was expecting better service.
This last week TymeBank has really let me down. I have been an avid supporter of Tymebank. Promoting it to all my friends and family and even getting them to sign up because I was that impressed. This last week my girlfriend ordered something online and it was a mess up from start to finish the Merchant we purchased it from didnt respond to emails and eventually sent the item a month later. The dress she ordered arrived a month later being the wrong size and colour. We tried contacting the merchant to get a refund and they refused so we tried to log a dispute with Tymebank to reverse the transaction. Tymebank said they couldnt reverse the transaction as the item had been delivered. Even though it was the wrong colour and size we must deal with the merchant. We tried that it didnt work hence why we came to you. This being said after speaking to other banks they informed me that they are able to do the reversal if there has been an issue and that it is just Tymebank who wont. So you get all these great perks with Tymebank but at the end of the day they arent in your corner.
Normally Hello Peter is only used when you have had a negative experience with business but today I have to give credit where credit is due. We had an issue with a merchant we ordered from and the payment was done through Payfast. The Merchant has been an absolute nightmare and been horrible to work with. But that's not the point of this review. Payfast went above and beyond to help us try and resolve the issue I was honestly shocked by how amazing their customer service representative Terri K was. She went above and beyond and contacted us nearly daily following up making sure we were kept up to date with what was happening and where it had progessed. Thank you Terri K for your help!
