Neovision Paarl
Extremely honest optometrist who gave me a referral to opthalmologist instead of simply giving new prescription specs which would not improve my eyesight. Optometrist then also got involved in getting an appointment as soon as possible at Paarl Public Hospital. It's great to see them going the extra mile. I will definitely return for new specs after finishing with opthalmologist. I'm very impressed with Neovision Paarl.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer and after sale service. Will definitely continue to buy my meat and other products there, despite having to travel there from Paarl. Keep up the excellent service, Fairfield. And thank you for your positive response.

Poor quality bedding

Poor bedding product
Purchased duvet inner with microfibers 2 months ago. On bed during winter last 2 months. Microfibers making ***** and lying at the sides of duvet. Duvet not washed or subjected to wetness. Simply a very poor product. Duvet bought with wedding gift voucher. Would really want money back or upgrade replacement. Queen size.

Bought ladies shoes at Westgate mall. No box for shoes. Had to buy paper bag instead. What happened to shoes coming in boxes for storage purposes?

08/12/2024 issue with returns. Staff and manager very helpful, except butcher man who caused problem but still had major attitude wrt freshness of products. Would give rating of 5 stars if not for butcher man. My wife very upset wrt to attitude. 5 stars to manager and rest of staff.

KFC Paarl East, Western Cape. Sloppy drive through services. Bought Family Treat. Ño salt or tomato sauce. No serviettes. No s**** or fork for coleslaw. Thick breast pieces extra dry. Not my 1st bad experience with this outlet.
