Excellent customer service

Poor bedding product
Purchased duvet inner with microfibers 2 months ago. On bed during winter last 2 months. Microfibers making ***** and lying at the sides of duvet. Duvet not washed or subjected to wetness. Simply a very poor product. Duvet bought with wedding gift voucher. Would really want money back or upgrade replacement. Queen size.1 reply

08/12/2024 issue with returns. Staff and manager very helpful, except butcher man who caused problem but still had major attitude wrt freshness of products. Would give rating of 5 stars if not for butcher man. My wife very upset wrt to attitude. 5 stars to manager and rest of staff.2 replies
