I went to the Kroomboom branch today. I got to the collection area and had an issue with the coke zero on my order as it was foaming up and was not looking good or normal. I asked the lady to exchange it as I had 2 coke zeros and only the one was foaming up hence I did not want it, this lady called Sima! Takes it and pours more drink ontop of it and gives it back to me. I was so disgusted by this and she walks away from me as I was talking to her and I refused to move from windows area. She then comes back and talks in xhosa to her colleagues I then tell het I don't want this I want another one as this does not look normal. She still talks in xhosa to her colleagues and refuses to exchange it and walks away. Me still standing there not moving forward, another gentleman comes to apil and exchanged it for me. What exactly was she saying in het language, she is rude and I expect you to call me back or I will blow up all social media with this incident. How are your staff this rude to cust, Sima does not belong to represent your brand in any way. She is rude and should work in your kitchen with her attitude.
Took my car for a minor service, received world class customer service from the moment I contacted Shaun for a quote he was constantly in contact with me up until the day I was scheduled. Had a great experience with the team on the day and I am very happy with work done on my vehicle, I will definitely be back for all my cars needs, thanks again Shaun and team.
I was at Nuri Sushi in Promenade mall, standing in the line for ice cream. Only to find out that if you work in promenade mall then you get to jump the line, now I work in retail myself and I just don't get the logic of this. The staff and management on duty disrespect to towards us paying customers is on ano level, firstly if this is your policy can you please put up a note because just because I'm not working in the mall does not mean I have all the time to wait for you to serve the malls tenants first. No1 tells you that promenade staff gets to go first, they just randomly help them and have long conversations with them and we had to wait to be served like we not paying. Pathetic customer service!

Good Day I went to your branch at Colorado Park, Mitchell's Plain and had the worst experience ever at any retail store. I ordered a Wrapster box, the cool drink machine was broken and I was told I can only have it with a buddy at an extra cost or not at all. I asked the cashier Asanele if I could swap the drink for a coffee as a replacement because they cannot honor the meal deal. She says no it's what she says or I must either pay for the buddy or leave the meal. The manager at the pay point tells me the same story. I mean the stores machine is broken and I'm forced into paying extra for it, dies kfc management nit have discretion on these matters in store. Very dissapointed in this service, I self manage a retail company and believe me we have discretion when it comes to customer service. Some feedback on the matter will be highly appreciated. I logged this on kfc complaint site as well and till today I only received a reference number and that's it. Regards Justin Matthews

Went to Pedro's Chicken restaurant in Belgravia Road. Ordered a meal with 3 drinks. We sat and runner brought the meals with 2 coke, we sat and ate thinking the other drinks are coming. After eating the meals done, still no drinks. I send my partner to enquire about the drinks the cashier says she cannot give us the drinks until she speaks to the runner. I was patient and wait for for resolution. 5 mins later still no drinks and the food is up now already. I decided to get up myself and go ask the cashier, she tells me the same story cannot help me as the runner must confirm she didn't give us the drinks. At this point my blood is boiling already as I've paid and yet it seems like the saying we are lying. I asked for the Mgr on duty thinking she can assist me, to my surprise this lady tells me the same story 10 mins later that she won't give me the drinks until she has spoken to her runner. I cannot understand the poor level of service and disregard to their customers, I mean I paid for the drinks but it seems like they telling me that I wanted something for free. The manager is unprofessional and not fit to deal with customers, the kitchen is loud and the cashier can barely take orders properly. Worst decision to even spend a R10 there, I would appreciate someone we'll equipt to handle and resolve my dissatisfaction with this branch.
My daughter was ****** of her cell phone which I bought through standard bank. Thevashan Pillay of standard Bank say that they cannot block the phone as the standard bank Sim was not in it. I asked him was my daughter supposed to ask the ***** to leave it in after she was traumatized already. I cannot claim on my insurance as standard Bank don't care as long as they will be collecting there premi8for the next year. Only standard bank wins in this situation as il be paying for the phone over the next year as they don't want to block it.
