Good day I am writing to give a formal complaint on your store in Silverton, I purchase a bed for my daughter in Feb 2025 and paid for delivery, in May 2025 sometime the bed broke in half in the middle. I called the shop and informed them about the matter and I was informed I need to come into the store which I did. I went to the shop on the 31May 2025, the lady in the shop which I assume is either the sales manager/ the store manager, I have asked the sales manager/ the store manager if I can get the different bed since that bed is not a good quality, and I will than pay the difference she said the processis to send it to the warehouse and the will have to advise whether they can fix the bed or not, I asked when they will pick the bed up I was informed the following week the Tuesday or Wednesday, the bed was not picked up on the 7 June I called the shop again I was informed the bed will be picked up the Saturday, and still no pick up. This is very bad customer service, are they waiting for the warranty to expire to lose my money? If nothing is done by this week I will take the bed back myself and I will demand my money back, I can't keep on calling and calling and no action is taken from the shop Regards Nastassja Franks
I have made numerous attempts to contact someone at NMG to assist me with the progress of my provident fund withdrawal. As per the email correspondence below, I was assisted to some extent. However, despite following up multiple times and responding to all questions asked, I have not received any further response. I am feeling increasingly frustrated and desperate as I seek assistance with my own funds. I am reaching out to request that someone, anyone, from your team provide me with an update. It is disheartening to experience such a lack of empathy and responsiveness. Your customer service lines are constantly congested, making it nearly impossible to get through. This email is my only means of communication as my phone was ******. I would like to extend my gratitude to Vanessa Liebenberg for her assistance thus far. However, I urgently need further support and answers regarding my provident fund withdrawal.

I placed an order on the 25th September, I only received confirmation on the 08th October that my order is ready or shipping, today is the 10 October and my parcels have not moved since Tuesday, I have requested twice to cancel my order effective immediately and still no response.

I previously was mugged and they took my phone which was a contract phone, I imedialty call Vodacom to assist. Thank have guide me through the whole process and I went inside the shop to get a new card, After a while there was fraudulent activities on my account I immediately reported it and the assistance and services I received from Vodacom was remarkable they took great care of my case and instantly stopped the fraud on my account. Unfortunately I don't know the individuals names but THANK YOU for your patience, assistance, and care
