I ordered stuff online on the 29th ,some were delivered on the 30th and 1 item instead of 2 items was delivered on the 31st December,they were from Alberton Branch which I always use ,on the Makro App it shows everything was delivered,I have an item missing this has been going since it was escalated no feedback,no refund and no item ,this is really disturbing such a big store ,I will spread the word

I bought a Home Internet at Alberton New Market,I paid an upfront fee of R733 plus R150 for the sim,it was on the 6th May,til today I still can't connect I called them today ,on this number 0119070368,a consultant hung up on me and whenever I called back the line was on busy the whole time Is this how you treat your customers? We have options as well hey
Been trying for a number of months to cancel 2 of my contracts, due to personal reasons, each time I try I get cut off or calls are not answered, I need the early termination fees to cancel please, this is really annoying
Oh once again the bill is incorrect, I can't believe that I have to write on this platform to have it sorted, the only thing that should have been added on the normal bill is R50 for reconnecting it, now there is Disney something that's added on my bill which was not authorized, my bill can't be R1039. 10 please fix this mess
I had the worst experience with this company, no wonder they are loosing customers. I wasted R200.00 of airtime , they disconnected my PVR and all of a sudden my bill this month is R1125.20 which is incorrect . I called their customer service I was put on hold for 30 minutes, another airtime and time wasted , call got cut off whilst waiting for my bill to be sorted. R1125.20 is fraud, I refuse to pay for something I dont know, and the stupid IVR forwarded an old March statement instead of the current one where Im querying this fee. Get back to me

PicknPay LemonTree had a special which started on the 23rd August, when I got home going through my slip I was charged R89, 99 for Milk instead of R69. 99 and Coffee Kronung I was charged R119. 99 instead of R79, 99 I'm not impressed
