Poor service - Dischem Greenvalley Shopping Center Pharmacy Something is really wrong with the Pharmacy division and needs attention 1. Pharmacy assistance do not verify if they substitute medications with the Treating GP. I experienced this twice where Pharmacist assistant supplied 5 medications and my child was not getting better fro a week. I went back to the GP to be advised that 4 of the 5 medicines were incorrect. I took this up with manager and didn't even get an apology or refund for R1000+ of medication. Several customers are insisting on them giving the medication on the script and nothing else 2. Pushing Generics when original is cheaper - I have witnessed this on numerous occasions where medical aid covers original 100% but generic has co-payment or the co-payment for generic is higher than original. What is the point of pushing generics if customers are not saving? 3. Stock levels are never maintained - Over the past 6 months, they are always out of stock meaning I have to drive to Greenstone Mall Pharmacy. Is it not possible for them to maintain levels like Greenstone Mall instead of making customers wait in their LONG queues only to find this out when you are attended to 4. Pharmacists rush to sign off scripts from assistants and clearly do not check it correctly leading to additional wait time for customers who still do not get proper medications 5. Pharmacists and assistants will tell you to wait in line again for OTC medication since they are BUSY. At Greenstone mall, the pharmacists actually walk over and fetch for you to put through medical aid. IS this normal practice even when they are not busy? 6. Management at this store are not willing to engage productively - typically wait 10+ minutes which is a waste of time. They do not even advertise nor are willing to provide customer service contact number for complaints Sincerely hope this is addressed and changes
Recent reviews are correct on hellopeter and the lack of customer service is true and escalated to Toyota SA. Unnecessary repair done on vehicle under warranty and problem still not resolved after 3 weeks. Took vehicle back after which a new excuse of contaminated fuel was made - I even took a sample and submitted to Caltex SA for comment Happy to keep customers waiting, no updates on repairs or costs involved. Tried to make me liable before even checking vehicle properly . Wanted me to pat before checking with warranty and claimed extended toyota warranty is different to toyota original warranty Had to escalate service manager S****T M****T to dealer principal to get traction and then to Toyota SA for support. No apology or effort made to resolve situation from services manager They believe they did nothing wrong and that Toyota SA must clean up their mess
Good day Filled Fuel at Prima Motors Caltex in Sebenza on 31-08-2021 According to McCarthy Toyota Edenvale Service Team under S***** M***** this fuel is contaminated which lead to the damage on the vehicle and required them to drain it and flush engine which I now have to pay for I collected a sample from them and hope that Caltex will support with testing to rectify the problem to avoid other people experiencing similar issues
Excellent service by Thapelo and Thega at Leroy Merlin. Ordered a door and order was cancelled due to inability to contact supplier during lockdown. When business resumed they reinstated order and got approval for promo price for management and arranged stock and delivery
Avoid this company and their arrogant staff. Cannot resolve customer problems and works through Fogi plumbing solutions for cheap and nasty fixes
If your insurer uses this company then advise your insurer to use someone else Utterly pathetic and arrogant. Use poor plumbers to do job and forces customer to engage with plumber or insurer while adding no value in the middle apart from complicating things further You will get 3 sms's - first saying they will appoint plumber, then message with plumber details then to call plumber yourself if plumber has not contacted you. Gives work to plumbers who cannot fulfil SLA and provide same day service even for emergencies. Incorrect plumbers sent out for incorrect job. and when you escalate the cycle just continues while problem goes on for days. Hutton East plumbers appointed by Fogi. Tried phoning cell & landline number of plumber but no answer. Message received from Fogi - " If plumber has not contacted you then please contact them" So I tried both numbers again but was still unsuccessful in contacting plumber. I am unsure why it was my problem to contact the plumber. Forwarded message from Fogi to plumber and then suddenly received a callback immediately from the company stating that they are so busy and can only support on Friday morning at 8AM and promise to resolve everything. Why did they take more business if they are so busy? I advised that I have a heat pump connected to geyser etc. and advised to send someone familiar with setup Came out and could not assit with heat pump
Poor service through outsourced third party suppliers Fogi & their associated plumber Hutton East Plumbers & Plumbing Mecca Boksburg. Logged "Fast track" claim for burst geyser on Thursday and will now have to wit till following Monday. So I was with Outsurance paying R500 for car insurance till 3 months ago Moved to new insurer and wasn't too happy with service so decided to shop around and phoned Outsurance more out of curiosity Outsurance now quoted R900 for the same car and profile as 3 months. when I asked they said this was normal as I won't get the same 'cheap' premium again Just shows how they rip people off Someone needs to seriously investigate the insurance industry in particular this company
