Hi, On Monday the 5th of June I brought my car to CK Coachworks in Tygerberg for minor scratches in both left and right doors, and I also wanted them to replace the grill because of the was damaged. On the 27th of June I went to collect it because they called the previous day to say it was ready. I first noticed that my Rline sticker on the grill was not there and checked the side ones and they were not there either. When I asked them about my stickers, they told me they forgot to put them back (imagine, aren’t they supposed to do a quality check before releasing the car?). I checked the car all around and I noticed that the colour they sprayed with was darker that the original colour. They put back my stickers while I was waiting. The job they did was not clean at all. I could see glue around the stickers and the moldings on my side doors. Even the gabs because the moldings were not fitted properly, were loose. When I addressed this to Brits the manager, he was arrogant and told me that it is an honest mistake. I told him I will write a review on Hello Peter about this, guess what he told me (‘If you think you are threatening me with Hello Peter you can go ahead, I told you it's just an honest mistake we forgot to put your stickers back’). I spoke to my insurance, and they said I have to give them a second chance to rectify their mistake. I was not comfortable at all. I met with the assessor for the second time I brought my car and he also confirmed the same defects I pointed out. The manager that assisted me the second time I brought it was Tashreeq Ghaliem and promised to fix them. After a week they called to come collect it and guess what nothing was done on my vehicle. Coulour difference was still the same, moldings with glue and still not properly fettered. I was very angry. He told me to bring it again and this time he will make sure no one else is working on the car accept him just to make sure everything is right. I told him that it’s not coming for the third time, he can just forget. I told my insurance that it not going back there. Now my car is on another panel beater to rectify their mistakes. I am warning you to please check out for this place they are not good at all. Instead of Brits to own up for his mistakes he was very arrogant and undermining me. Regards, Precious
I am not happy with the service I received at Nedbank. I app**** for overdraft and the 29th of December 2023. I was then told by the consultant Hlobisile Madonsela that assisted me that I was approved for R18 600. She asked me to send her two copies of my pay slips. On the 2nd of Jan I got the email that my application has was declined. What I do not understand is that from R18 600 that I was approved for, couldn't they just have reduced to any other amount instead of declining? I've been banking with them since I was at school but when I need help, they are not there. Even my bond they declined it in 2017 and FNB approved it. Two years down the line they offered me a lower interest rate, so I had to move my account from FNB back to Nedbank. I should have just stayed with FNB because you are not helpful at all. November 2020 my brother and I we lodged a complaint against MR Power who is our executor. On 03/11/2020 we received an acknowledgement via email. Louise Belcher sent us an email that MR Powers is not responding to their emails. She sent us an email that they are escalating the matter to Thabo Mkoko and Thumeka Dwanya. We sent them an mail on the 20/05/2021 they never responded till today. We need to appoint an executor. We don't know what to do. Our previous executer is refusing to give us our file back. Hi, I switched over my bond to nedbank and on the 23rd July it was canceled. Nedbank payed them more and fnb told me I will get the 6900 in after 40 days. Now I have been calling and the consultants are telling me about the backlog. What makes me angry no one is communicating. I have to call them several times and mind you they don't even have a toll free number. All I want to know is when do I get my money? Why did you keep it in the first place knowing that my home loan was settled?
The cashiers are rude at Usage in Welcome. Today I bought a roll on and i wanted to cashback. She told me she doesn't have cash and I asked if I can go and pay at money market and do the withdrawal there. She just took the next customer and was still waiting. When I asked her why is she not responding if I can go pay at money market or not. She just gave me funny look with no response. I was fuming now and asked her if I was was wrong to ask if i can go pay at the money market, guess what she told me that i must leave her alone. Its not the fist time getting bad service there. Please something must be done.
I purchased a Dell Inspiron 3162 Intel Celeron 11.6" Wifi Notebook (Various Colours) (Colour: Red at Takealot and it was delivered on the 2nd November 2018. On the 27th December when I was closing it, it just got stuck on the side where its bending so that it can close and it broke. I bought the laptop for 3999.00 and now Dell they asking me to 3186.11 to fix it. They tell me the warranty that it has is a basic warrant and yet when they fix it they gonna give me 90 days warranty. I am just not happy because this note has a warranty why am i paying for their manufacturing defect?
I bought a peep toe heels on 30/11/2017 when I fitted the shoe I was fine it's my size. I wore the shoes and guess what it's not comfortable at all. It was hurting my toes so bad especially the big toe and I had to take it off. Today I went to Edger’s Claremont branch and the manage Yumna Edwards tells me there is nothing wrong with the shoe they can take I back if it’s a factory shop. I understand if it was a leather shoe it was going to stretch but this one is not hence it's hurting my toes. If they had a closed shoe I would swap it but they don’t have and I want my refund.
Hello Peter, I transferred 3000 from my FNB cheque account to my Nedbank credit card on the 27/11/2017 till today the money is in my account. I've been calling Nedbank since the 28/11/2017 dealing with two managers Meshach and Brinleigh the resolution manager. Mishake was supped to get back to me on 02/11/2017 and he didn’t. I cold him again this morning at 08:00 and he said to the consultant that gave him the message he will phone me back and I’m still waiting. i asked to speak to Brinleigh and I don’t know how many time he asked for my proof of payment and I’ve been telling him I emailed it to ********** and also to ********** I'm angry I need my money they playing hide and seek instead of giving me my money. I want my 3000 you have proof that the transaction was successful on my FNB account what more do you want??? I really ****ed. Hi, I deposited R3000 from my FNB account to my Nedbank credit card on the 27/11/2017 till today money is not in my account. I called Nedbank credit card division on the 28/11/2017 and they told me to call FNB even though the transfer was successful. FNB told transfer is successful from their side. I called Nedbank credit card division again on the 29/11/2011 and I spoke to Gugu the consultant I told her I do have proof that the transfer was successful but she said I must wait. Only today when I called again i was told to send proof of payment. I don't know long I'm gonna wait now after I sent through proof of payment, but their service is poor. Call centre agent should ask me to send proof of payment the first day I called them but she said I must wait. Please assist I need my money. Regards, Precious
