Incredible connection please don't advertise items on your website that u don't have stock of... I've added 3 items to my cart and upon check out there is some notification to remove it as its not available in all areas... Please help me understand this? I was wondering why was the pricing so good to be true but I thought that it is a reputable store so yeah... Really disappointed!! And a waste of my time... Go remove those for sale non EXISTENT ITEMS!
I bought two nacho burgers from mochachos bedfordview through uber eats... Unfortunately the one burger hardly had any nacho crumbs, I buy these often as its one of my favorites from thm, when I called mochachos they told me there is nothing they can do about it... As its an order through uber eats, lol does uber eats make the burger??? Bad service from the manager, truly pathetic indeed.
I cancelled my rain, and they're still taking money from my account, I can't get through to the "support" number, I really don't know what I'm gna do!
My partner and I are really ****ed off at the pathetic service from MTN... About 3 years ago she had a contract with mtn and didn't upgrade and cancelled it... Finally we realized it's time for an upgrade so we decided to go to iPhone at eastgate mall... There we were told we would have to pay an extra R50 to the contract that we chose all of this because mtn didn't clear her as she closed her contract with thm 3 YEARS ago... We thn went to the mtn store and was told they will not able to help us at all and we shouldn't even call the mtn service centre because they won't be able to help us either... So after much thought we decided to just take it and pay the extra R50 it's already been a day and we still don't have approval all because iPhone is waiting on mtn to do a credit check... I mean how ridiculous is this! Honestly... Really pathetic of u MTN.. If anyone is wanting a new contract phone, please don't decide to ever use MTN as a service provider coz they will disappoint you!
I am an FNB user. This will be the 4th time in one month that I am forced to go visit the bank, all because my card was about to expire and the teller upgraded me to an account that I don't even qualify for, he refused to just give me an easy account, thn I went to another branch and downgraded, my card wasn't working thn I had to go again, they gave me a new card After doing all the activation, I go to an ATM and I got a D055 error. And an SMS saying "We are unable to help you now. Please try another FNB ATM or contact your nearest FNB Branch for Assistance. Error Code D055." This is extremely frustrating, I'm honestly thinking of changing my bank, really disappointed with fnb.
I was told if I open a tfg account I would get a R1500 voucher... This is a lie... There is no voucher, when I Google it says that I should have received it via SMS, I thn decided to email tfg and they don't respond to my emails, I thn called thm and they operator told me that i could go to any tfg store to get my voucher, another lie.. Really disappointed.
So my dad took out a contract for me years ago... So I've had this vodacom number my whole life, he is now deceased and I've done all the necessary requirements from vodacom in order to change my number to prepaid but they want R3000 upfront and I do not have that kind of money, they have now suspended my service... So I'm left without a number, I wanted to know what other options do I have but thr service is absolutely pathetic when I call the call centre they tell me to email deseased@vodacom.co.za and thn when I do that they don't respond to my emails, so now I am basically forced to change my number which is a huge inconvenience for me because now I have to change it with my bank and multiple other services I use, completely pathetic... Don't use vodacom!
Let's start by saying that this year has already been a very bad year in terms of covid and unemployment etc... And to top of the stress that we already have Lancet Laboratories decided to contact me stating that I owe thm for a blood test which was done in 2019!! The lady who called me was very rude and spoke harshly and I didn't get to tell her off because my land line connection was bad... But I just want thm to know that I will not be paying that R500 because it is ridiculous that now a year later I suddenly owe thm money which I'm sure my medical aid had paid for... Or assumed such since I was not contacted earlier. So yeah. ***** you guys for your pathetic service :)
So my mum has bronchitis for the last 2 months... She's been through 5 causes of antibiotics and still isn't feeling better, to top that off she's having severe neck pains, last weekend she couldn't sleep because of severe neck pains and she also for some reason had yellow eyes, so I took her to garden city hospital, there the doctor at casualty was so useless he didn't even check her eyes or anything, he did bloods and send her home with yet another cause of antibiotics because he said that the medical aid will trouble, she took the antibiotics again and still isn't well, her gp reffered her to our local hospital lenmed to see a physician there, however discovery won't cover tests unless one gets admission and since the doctors already tried antibiotics they needed to admit her to run tests.. Now at lenmed hospital there is a woman from discovery who decides if you're sick enough to be admitted or not... Lol a woman who probably isn't even a doctor decides based on how u look if you are sick or not... How pathetic is that? Will they only help when something really bad happens even tho we pay every single month?? They are truly disgusting, do not use discovery, u will regret it like we do...!! Thn the woman at lenmed who works with discovery still has a nerve to say that we can do the tests on our own expense lol, luckily I was not present because I probably would have asked her if she's a doctor followed by many many other questions, like how would she feel if it had been her money that had bronchitis for the last 2 months? Anyways, like I said, don't use discovery key care, worst ever in the whole of South afirca.
My dad hired them to fix the threads from his vito and they did an absolutely **** job, when he called them they told him that it isn't they fault, they refuse to do anything about it, now R850 down the drain, do not use them, do not trust them, absolutely pathetic service recieved
