I upgraded with Vodacom on 2 numbers. Called Into the call centre both online deals The Agent processed my application and provided me with the Invoice Quotation reflecting the amount which I saw The column reflects amount incl of VAT That’s the amount I want to pay But VODACOM deducts the the confirmed amount of R699 as it reflects on the Invoice /Quotation plus the 15 % VAT which now amounts to R802 The Invoice Quotation clearly reflects R699 incl of VAT This they app**** to my other upgrade as well Vodacom I want answers or refund me ASAP This is unacceptable !!!

Complete lack of communication regarding my application prior to 17th Apr25 I made numerous calls for updates.I then received a call on the 17 that Apr25 from a lady confirming all is successful , overwritten first application. No contract was sent , I called in and was told the contract must be signed emailed . Contract emailed received no acknowledgment of receipt Does pld.....@fnb co.za even work????? It's DAY7 still waiting for the funds Did follow up again spoke to 10 Agents , received no correspondence ,updates Every mail you send has a 5 day respond time , even logged a complaint I have the names of everyone I spoke to Should I report this as *****?????? , approved Debi Check Manadate Only communication I received FRUSTRATED!!!!!

DONOT SEND YOUR VEHICLE TO HYUNDAI PLUMSTEAD UNPROFESSIONAL, ********* AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE DELIVERY! My car was booked last week Thurds, the female service consultant stole my service book . I have not received my service book up until todsy , the Worshop Manager and Dealer Principal was made aware. I get told don't worry well drop your book , I am still waiting Bearing in mind this is my first time visit and first service booked , was at the Dealership was handed the incorrect service book with wrong mileage and tippex All my effort, airtime and petrol wasted, still received no service book

Submitted an application to withdraw my Two Pot Savings 4Sep24. Tax directive requested by Liberty 11Sep24 Never heard from Liberty again.Their commincation with updating the process is pathetic. I have no idea when payout will be process. By now SARS would have provided the Tx Directive, so when will the money be released? The entire process just lengthy AF has been paying out within 7 days after the application was submitted

FELT ROBBED YESTERDAY !!!! I placed an order online yesterday 28.11.2022 with Aneesas Athlone because they advertised a buy 1 get one free on the viennas and chips combo deal for R190 The basket reflected my selection for R190 , when I proceeded to check out immediately an amount of R395 was deducted and the promotion did not apply . I noticed and tried to cancel the order did not want to work , then I contacted Aneesas iterally within 2 minutes spoke to a gentlemen and asked if he was able to intercept and cancel the order from his side and was told he was unable to , did not get his name... I then went to to the app to request a refund as well as cancel the order. I received a sms to say I will be charged a R380 cancelation fee to compensate to Aneesas Athlone for preparing the food , which means I will lose almost R800 for viennas and chips that I have not received . The Uber app is so poor , no correspondence to date...you basicslly chatting to a robot FELT ROBBED YESTERDAY, RECEIVED NO FOOD , AND NO CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING MY REFUND. LIVID !!!!!
