Useless. Been without my car for 4 months cause they waiting for parts for a warranty claim.
And again Westvaal Secunda failed me. I was without my car for 2 months without being offered a courtesy car for a warranty claim. Got my car back today, made a funny sound. Took it back immediately. Workshop manager, Attie, tells me je doesnt know what causes the sound but it wont let me stand next to the road. And guess what........ Midnight and I am female alone stranded next to the road.
Secunda - Salesperson have a very bad attitude. On the website it says black friday apecials 26 to 29 Nov online and instore. He says not at Secunda. It is normal price. Whenever u get there the salesperson and the security is eating atchar all ober the perfumes.
My Hyundai is 2 years old. When u buy a new Hyundai you are being told about a 7 year warranty. My car's injectors is broken. Nobody from Hyundai answers their phones. From the salesperson at Hyundai Secunda to the Customer care, nobody. And my injectors broke after Hyundai Nelspruit told me there is nothing wrong with my car.
Place an order for R1000 online for later collection at Fishaways Secunda as I dont have time to wait there. Email reply sorry they can not accept ypur order. Call the shop. ***. For such a big order I think they could atleast phone me and apologise
Went to Signature Secunda Mall. Was served by a tall lady who said her name is Ntombi, according to the slip consultant 2394. Firstly when we entered and I saw her I even wanted to leave due to a previous incident with her bad attitude. When we entered they were mopping 1 hour before closing time staring at us as if the cat carried us in. She gave false information regarding specials and wasnt even keen to tell us the available specials. We bought stuff for R5000! When paying she had an issue with us paying cash and said in future if we need to buy so many things we should come earlier. Although we already left the shop 10 minutes before closing time. When I told her that with all her issues I will not go to the shop whenever I see her there her response was: "feel free" Usually I am served by a short lady, which I think is a manager, but unfortunately I dont know her name. She is so friendly and helpful and always willing to assist. I kindly request a response from signature regarding this issue.
Useless bank! Just lost a substantial amount of money due to fnb being offline. Hahahaha. Telling me sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Today marks exactly 70 days since I had an accident. I am still waiting for my car to be repaired. Outsurance tells me that if I am not happy with this waiting period they can put me through to the cancellation department. Bradley is useless and extremely rude
I placed my order and paid on 11th December. I received an order confirmation on the day and haven't heard from them since. I enquired on the progress 18th and 20th December with no subsequent response received. They have a. 1-4 day delivery which has long been missed. Dont reply to any emails. Funny how they can reply to all complaints her but not to enquiring emails
Can't complain about the service as there are no service. Useless!!
