If there was a 0 I could give this company I would. I've been honouring monthly payments and have recently increased the paymemt amounts. They are keep adding interest onto the account and instead of settlement coming down it keeps rising. I have been working closely with one of their consultants and he has now resorted to ignoring communication and I am being threatened and harrassed everyday by this company. They are now threatening to send a Sheriff of the court because they claiming the amount I'm paying is low. They focusing their energy on fighting clients committed to paying their debt. When I phoned FNB I was advised I do not even have to pay them I can pay directly from my bank account to the account in question but when I do that GL attorneys makes threats again and demands money or claims their system is updating with payments if I pay FNB. Is this the ********* way of which you conduct your business? I am lodging a complaint with the CFDC and NCR and I'm attaching all the threats, accepted payments by this company, all my POP's and proof of on going harassment which is causing severe stress for me
My husband did an early upgrade on his contract, the salesman that helped him showed him he was only going to pay an additional amount of about R400 which would have worked out to R2400 a month until December. Telkom has been debiting +- R3800 a month and cuts off my husband's signal so the phone is basically not operational. When he calls in to try and resolve it the agents try and insist he pays at additional +- R900 for costs that was not disclosed and has told him that his network will be cut every month until the amount is paid up until December. They also don't want to cancel the contract they demanding he pays the full contract amount.
Recently went into Standard Bank to upgrade my account from a Student Account to their Achieva account. The consultant that helped me then said I must pay R700 on a kiddies account that's still active under my name, when questioned about the account I was told it's in arrears and that it's pending closure since 2013. I recall closing this account and the consultant at the time saying I don't need to close just upgrade to a student account because of cash I was receiving, he confirmed the kiddies account has been deactivated and that it's inactive. No details changed and I've been receiving a set amount of money monthly. My question is why should I pay the R700 and why is this account not closed and still pending since 2013? Why is Standard Bank charging their clients for their mistakes? The branch I went to advised that they can try and assist to close the account but it may be an issue and I might need to go back to Centurion to close this account because they might not be willing to cover the cost, I stay in Johannesburg so it's ridiculous that I have to go back to Centurion to close this account when the instruction was given years ago. This is not my problem I expect Standard Bank to act on this and close this kiddies account, I cannot be held liable for money when the fault doesn't lie with me. This account was meant to be closed in 2013 and the consultant had to make sure it was done properly before I left the bank. Please can Standard Bank close this account effective immediately without charging me because I refuse to pay, this was meant to be done in 2013 already and I' m confused because I didn't open a brand new account the account was upgraded from Kiddies to Student so how on earth are there separate accounts that I'm now being billed for 12 years later? This is unfair. Please fix this.

I have paid two fines in May and a few others last year, the fines are showing paid on Fines SA but still reflecting on PayCity, I cannot get hold of Fines SA to find out why and when they planning on updating the system so that the fines can reflect paid with other third parties and whether or not they even cleared these fines off my profile. There is also a huge discrepancy between Fines SA and PayCity at this stage I don't know which platform to use because I might end up duplicating payments which is ridiculous. I am constantly getting calls and emails from this company but looking at the negative reviews I am worried now. Please can you email me and explain what is going on? I fear this is not even updated with the municipality and I will be held at a roadblock for fines I already paid. I will not be using this platform to pay fines anymore.
I have been having endless issues with this bank since December and I am officially closing this account. On Sunday I went to do some shopping, FNB released the money and transactions showed it went through, yesterday all the money is back in my bank account. When I called to ask what the situation is they said they had a system issue and now it is my responsibility to go to each of those stores with the receipts and ask them to check if they received the money and then ask them to reprocess the payment. FNB is now unable to assist and once again me as the client has to be inconvenienced due to their own faults. Same thing happened with debit orders that they allow to go off and then they put the money back into my account and charge ridiculous bank charges claiming there's no money in the account when there is more than enough. I'm tired of this bank! Banking with FNB is exhausting every month there's a new issue.
Entered into Debt review with this company in 2021, at first the lady assisting was very persistent and kept following up to ensure that they get the business, once they listed me she stopped responding to emails and would get back to me months later. The company did not pay my debt but was collecting the debit order amount every month for +-5 months. My creditors all started pulling out of the process and were contacting and harassing me daily even sending me emails stating they had not received payment and therefore they are pulling out of the debt review process to a point where my car was almost repossessed and all my creditors handed me over to debt collection companies with ridiculous interest rates. Upon contacting the lady to find out why they not paying my creditors after the first 3 months as per the arrangement her response was "sorry I was on leave and missed your emails" I told her that the creditors have now exited the process and I was forced to trouble shoot and make direct arrangements so since they not assisting they must remove the listing and cancel my debit order of which she said she can't unless I have paid up letter. Mind you my debt was roughly 6k yet they were debiting 9k so they get 3k and pay my creditors and for the first 3 months they don't pay them they take the full 9k for "court appearance and court order and legal fees". Since 2021 I was able to square up my car on my own without their help and I am now almost done with my credit card. I have two outstanding loans that I still need to pay up of which payment arrangements are in place. I'm basically stuck with a flag on my name I cannot remove but Debt Sage did nothing for me and I've been dealing with my debt on my own when they collected 5 months of debits and didn't pay the creditors as promised. They are now unable to help remove the flag and I have to pay a private lawyer for assistance because I want to exit debt review so that we can apply for a house because I am no longer over-indebted. I wouldn't recommend this company nor debt review to anybody.
This company is the pits, I am a consultant and do not have a set salary date. They insist on forcing me into making a payment date. I have been honouring my payments monthly with proof sometimes even earlier than the due date because I don't have a set salary and money is dependent on client payments. This month I am one day late I have been harassed and threatened via email they also missed a payment for March and now demanding I pay again after I submitted a POP already, to make it worse they have now made a new payment arrangement date that I have not confirmed nor said ok too. This is ******** and if this is going to continue I am reporting this company to the CFDC and NCR, I am 100% sure they have clients who are not even paying them yet they choose to harass paying clients for one late payment and may I add the payment is only late for 1 day, I can understand if this 2-3 months of non-payment or late payments. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be paying on the 27th as per your arrangement that you took upon yourself to make, April payment will be late, please do not make arrangements on my behalf and then insist on harassing me. I have responded to your threatening and ridiculous emails if you don't change this on your system and you don't receive payment on the date you decided is best for me then it's due to your own incompetence because I don't have money to pay you and this can be proven to your legal department as per your threats. I suggest you also look at March payment and update your system.
Been having the worst experience with FNB lately. Unexplained bank charges going off my bank account. This month alone they deducted over R1000 for bank charges claiming items are unpaid. There's money in my account but y debit orders are bouncing and then R105 charged. Earlier this week They deducted R450 for bank charges. Call their call centre they send you from one department to the next and then drop the phone. I'm so tired of this bank.
I'm starting to get extremely annoyed at MWEB, this is the 6th month in a row where my debit order doesn't go off and there is more than enough money in my bank account. They then proceed to charge additional fees for unpaid debits and I pay an arm and a leg at my bank for unsuccessful debits. I'm starting to believe this is how MWEB charges their clients additional money. When you call in their call centre agents tell you not to make a payment they will put through a second debit order because paying it yourself complicates their system. I cannot be paying penalty fees every month and bank charges nor can I deal with their lenghthy threatening emails that they send for their own incompetence and dumb systems. Every SINGLE MONTH IT"S THE SAME PROBLEM. Their self payment option on their app also doesn't work. I'm sick of MWEB, I'm going to block this debit order and pay it via my app monthly, maybe their accounts department need to start working properly. This service is pathetic I'm waiting for my contract to end so that I can move to a different service provider that doesn't **** people out of additional money.
