They have excellent service and affordable prices. They're efficient and careful with your goods. I've used them for Long distance as well as short distance and have received both the best prices and quality service every time.
Extremely poor service from Absa iDirecg and their road side assistance third party First4U, my car broke down and first4U sent me a sling tow truck which caused damage to my vehicle, it's been 2 weeks now and I still have no car, worst part us the towing company has accepted they are liable and now the hold up is from iDirect not giving direction as to what should happen with my car. I called in to find out what's happening and they said a person named Allendre Williams will contact me. No contact was made even now my car has been sitting in the same place for 11 days straight according to my tracker. Their own incompetence has caused more problems than it's worth and I'll be moving my business elsewhere once they finally give me my car back repaired from their towing services damages. If your considering insurance don't go with them. They have no customer care at all!
It was good and they offered me a good premium, if I hadn't received a better offer I'd still be using them
So I got some couches from these ****** and after less than a year the couches started having defects. I sent them back for repairs since they were on warranty and was told it would take a couple of weeks to resolve. 3 weeks later I get informed they're rejecting my claim and I had to call several times to get a reason. Bradlows' supplier eventually gets back to me and the reason from them was that the couches were "abused" I don't even understand how it's possible to say that when the couches were used for their intended purpose namely sitting, so here I am with no couches and a debit order every month for a product I don't even have with me. If you want to buy furniture rather go somewhere else not to these guys. You will regret it.
The service is extremely poor, they block international servers and they don't provide any backup for load shedding. Worst FSP I have ever used even worse LTE.
So I was supposedly given a free month where I did not have to pay for my subscription, I have been getting disconnected every 4th day for the past 2 months, I've contacted them directly over the phone, through the NOW website/App and even on Facebook. They take me through the same process which is tedious and time consuming plus very very very inconvenient. Everyone tells you it will be escalated to the finance department who are either incompetent or don't exist because nothing ever happens.
Bought a laptop charger and was led to believe it had a y month warranty, died in 2 months and I couldn't get any assistance from the manager.
