take a lot offers a payment option viz Celbux Digital Voucher but when you enter the 13 digit voucher number which is correct you get a msg invalid voucher number but it goes of a persons celbux account and it shows as payment outstanding on a persons take a lot account. take a lot please sort the matter out immediately or else you will lose a lot of customers
please do not buy from decofurn they have inferior quality products and do not offer any after sales service I purchased an office chair from them and as soon as the gaurantee expired the chair started giving me issues they did not want to replace the chair understandable the 1 year gaurantee expired and they not prepared to repair it even at my cost.
on numerous occassions we have had bad service from KFC Laudium the order was not what we ordered and when we phone them they say we must bring the goods back we depend on other people's transport to deliver the goods we are 2 elderly sickly pensioners living in the house, the same thing happenned when we ordered via MR delivery . neither Mr Delivery nor KFC had the decency to contact us and offer their apologiesI no longer buy from KFc nor use Mr D
I keep getting mobile contact from them stating thatI owe them money and I keep responding to them telling them that I do not have a car yet they keep contacting me their productmust be very inferior if they cannot track the vehicle that has the tracking device how will they ever recover/track your car when/if it gets ******

I ordered an office chair online on 05/09/2023from Makro but canceled the order the same day unfortunatelyI canceled othe orderafter I paid for the order. and then canceled the order. I received a notification that the order was canceled but low and behold I received an email 2 days later on 07/09/2023stating that my order has been dispatched. I contacted their support via email. explaining the whole situation. I even contacted the courier company to tell them that the order was canceled and that they should return the order to Makro. he goods were returned to Makro. to date 18/09/2023 I am still waiting for my refund everytime I contact them they say that they escalating the matter, I think they use ***eon service to escalate matters. all I want is for my money to be refunded. I am a 60 year old on Government pension. why is it so difficult for them to process the refund?

once again I would like to say how disappointed I am with the service received from this company.they sent a driver to collect a return but he did not have any return slip or other identification.
once again another company that are very unreliable. Makroo and Game are both part of Massmart Holdings Limited and it seems like Massmart Holdings Limited only employ uneducated idiots in their service departments a simple cancellation of an order takes days of up and down communication with them to get the order from being delivered and to get a refund its either that the staff are idiots or their computer system is written by idiots.....
the worst store to do business with. I think we as South Africans should boycott the whole Masstores group until they employ competent and capable staff members it is the customers that are keeping these employees employed. I have been trying to return an office chair I purchased on 21/08/2023 from their online store everyday I send emails with no response, then I log onto their website and chat to a different person from their support desk.
