It is very disappointing when big organisation like Vodacom Vodafone let us down, So first ****mers were able to do a sim swap and Ported my number to another network, that was fixed "No proper report from vodacom on how a sim swap was done on my name". Now on the 31st of July ****mers were able to open a vodacom data contract under my name( Very suspicious), 6 days later, on the 6th of August, i reported the issue to their ***** department( Tiket Number: EC-21MF-1EXATB), Got a call from a lady telling me she was going to escalate my issue to ***** department, got nothing from them, called for feedback on friday the 15 of August, lady mentioned she will escalate the issue and i was going to get a call and still nothing. The lady that called me first time was very rude and suggested that my voice was the one they spoke to, which is very worrying and raise the question if vodacom actually trains their customer service stuff on how to speak to their customers. For such a big company, it's been a nightmare having vodacom as my service provider.
Vodacom deleted my number after 20 years of using it, no communication, no messages nothing, when i called i was advised that i cannot get it back since its been deleted, For such a big network company this is embarrassing, If you are using vodacom beware of this, rather just get an alternative network as this is frustrating.
I am having the worst experience with these lawyers; I recently sold my house through Harcourts which works with ****s van Heerden Inc. The sale of my house was completed in January 2025, they sent me all the documents which included the municipal clearance certificate, after the sell was completed, I have been getting the municipal bill for the sold property that I still owe and I cant close the account, When I reached out to them, they first said that they got the clearance certificate so the account should be cleared and closed by the municipality, I went back to the municipality and they mentioned that ****s had used the section 118 to pay less and the rest I was going to pay later, don’t know why as I had clearly instructed them to settle my municipal account from the sell proceedings. Now I am being told that I must deal with this with the municipality as they have nothing to do with it. Below is the email I got from their employee “Mandy Ruiter” : “You can see from the supporting documents I sent you that everything was done correctly from our side. Please direct your frustration at COJ who are clearly at fault with this” Please do proper research when selling or buying your property otherwise you will get these issues from law firms like these if you are not careful.

This is the worst online company i have ever ordered on, Delivery scheduling is a mess, kept on being changed, wrote an email with my concerned, no one bothered to respond, finally my delivery arrived last week, guys delivering did not even know what my delivery was, i had to explain it to them, next thing my order is missing some stuff, called in to report it, they said it would be sorted in 48 hours, its way past that, some guy called me to confirm if my delivery arrived successfully, i then explained to him there was some stuff missing, he said he will sort it out but still nothing, now yesterday i received an email that my order was successfully delivered not sure how if there is still missing stuff. You must be prepared to deal with these kind of things when ordering from Home choice, NEVER AGAIN WILL I MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

If there was a no star review, I would use it, I had a service with Vox telecom last year, had numerous back and forth calls to help fix the internet line as it was very slow, eventually I cancelled, Now I am getting a call from their credit lawyers that I owe for the router that I had purchased cash from when I took their service, When i log in to their site, it shows router outright purchased, which i did pay for, Tried calling numerous times their debtors they keep putting me to a lady called Velrie, her line keeps ringing to no avail, I regret taking any service with such an unprofessional and ridiculous company and i warn you never to take up any service with these people, you will definitely regret it, i am still regretting making that decision now!!!!!! NONSENSE!!!
At least deliver within working hours, if you deliver late some businesses might be closed.

We went to Checkers Hyper Roodepoort 14th Avenue District Shopping Centre Cnr William Nicol &, Constantia Dr, Roodepoort, 1715. It was 30 minutes before they close, from the security when we entered he told us not to go in cause they are closing and refused to assist us with a trolley. We went in and started shopping, when we left all the tills were closed, and all the cashiers refused to help us, when we finally got help she was so rude banking our staff against her till and shouting saying that its time to go home and she has no time to assist. I have never seen such shocking and disgusting behavior especial when it comes to a big brand like checkers. I am never going back there and i am so disappointing with the level of disrespect and professionalism that we experienced, IT WAS DISGUSTING.
