Please, no matter how desperate you are for storage or a removal company, do not use Storage King. This is my personal experience: My valuable items went missing while in their care, and when I checked my storage unit, my belongings had been replaced with cushions and bathroom carpets. I later discovered that my items had been auctioned without my consent or proper notification. I raised this with them and they denied everything — until I recently found proof. This has been a devastating and unacceptable experience. Please be cautious.
Warning: Do Not Use Storage King! I had a terrible experience with Storage King. After accessing my storage unit, I discovered that some of my items were missing, and in their place were cushions that clearly didn’t belong to me. This means that not only did someone open my unit, but they also took my belongings and replaced them with items that didn’t belong to me. This breach of security is absolutely unacceptable. I trusted them with my possessions, and instead, they allowed theft to happen under their watch. I strongly warn the public against using Storage King. They have shown a complete disregard for the safety and security of their customers’ property. Please think twice before trusting your belongings to them.
Please can you close my account… received a call again from a Luyanda 084135 number that I owe Cell C and my account is in arrears. I have sent POP’s numerous times, showing that I have paid and clawback fees paid… but to date I still get calls from Cell C. Please can you close my account and stop calling me
Your agent Confidence Mokone lacks customer service manners & temperament, she is unprofessional… on the 10th of January 2023 I made a payment (claw back fee) to CellC sent POP to support@Cfibre.co.za & FibreCollections.co.za and to date the matter is still outstanding…I have made follow up calls to try and resolve the matter and every time I get a different answer… ALL I WANT IS TO TERMINATE MY CONTRACT WITH YOUR ORGANISATION… PLease can someone help me … account number is TM0422-H432
I want my fibre contract to be terminated. I have supplied you with POP’s for all the months you claimed I never made payments. You have the worst customer service in the world. Even Eskom is better than you.
CellC’s billing accounting is the worst in the world.. I pay my account via EFT and in credit, but they suspend & unsuspend my fibre WiFi services Willy nilly. I call their customer services every month to sort out the matter and nothing gets resolved, cause there is no dedicated person dealing with queries. This is affecting my credit rating negatively. They continue to debit my account when I have asked them to cancel the debit order, as I make my payments directly to them. Eskom is better than Cell C
Bought 2 BRAND NEW Beds from them The Simmons Beautyrest Sherborne collection from DIAL A BED… the mattresses smell like hell.. you can’t even sleep on them, the smell is so intense that it fragrances all throughout the house like fresh paint. Their arrogance is centred around them simply delivery without any quality control. They just deliver and transfer the responsibility to you the customer to deal with their supplier. No point in them being in business if they’ll repeatedly treat their customers so poorly. Not to mention the rudeness from Salome at Simmons when we attempted to raise the issue with her. I’m extremely disappointed and WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
I took out a scratch and dent policy with Standardbank 3years ago when I took delivery of my new car.... last month someone scratched my car and wished to make a claim from the policy and NO ONE at Standardbank vehicle and asset, Standardbank insurance brokers knows what I am talking about... I am being transferred from pillar to post.. they deduct my money every month for this policy and I can’t claim from it, cause no one knows what I am talking about.
I called Webafrica for WiFi service, I already had the white fibre box in my premises from Telkom... the didn’t do the fibre box installation, I even asked the technician who visited my property and he said all that needs to happen is to call Webafrica let them know I have the box and they should send the router.... WebAfrica is a callcentre nightmare of a service provider.... take my word for it..... I called them for over two weeks asking them, when will they deliver the router, as they had already deducted money from my credit card..... they kept on coming up with story after story, until I asked to speak to someone in charge of the call center agents... I got the router delivered 72hrs later.... I should have picked up from this bad service that this company is all about money not service. They just send the router with a courier you must do the installation yourself by calling the call center agent to talk you through the supposedly easy installation.... the WiFi only worked when you stood right next to the router..... I had to call them every second day to ask why am I not getting the connection, they kept on apologizing and asking me to reset and restart the router, the more I called for service the worse the issue became. 3 months of them debiting my credit card, without any resolve on the matter from them, I asked for cancellation, spoke to various agents who promised they will cancel the service and nothing happened.... until someone finally helped me cancelled the service and told me deliver the router at their offices in Sandton and apologized for the bad service..... this didn’t end my nightmare with these thieves.... Now they are calling me threatening me that they will list me, for non payment for the installation that they didn’t do.. irregardless of whether the fault is theirs or not.... They expect me to pay for non service.... give them a pat on the back for NON SERVICE... Please don’t use them... they are worse than Home Affairs, in fact they are worse than all the government departments combined...
Went to MTN Morningside for upgrade today 28/09/2018... to get the new iPhone X.. The sales consultant Salome Pete, was great, efficient and professional, then she referred me to Lydia in the technical side, to assist me with transferring data from old iPhone to the new one... nightmare begins I get told she isn’t at her station, they are going to look for her, 14minutes later she appears, I guess it’s her, I ask her if she is Lydia, she agrees, then I tell her I am waiting to be assisted, she throws her hand in the air and tells me she is going on lunch and just walks away.. I then go back to Salome the upgrade consultant, who then tells me there isn’t much she can do I will have to wait for Lydia, I then ask for Lydia’s Supervisor.... Salome calls the supervisor/she says something to Salome on the phone, leaving her with an egg on her face, the consultant next to Salome calls the supervisor on her phone, she then agrees to come see me,. Supervisor/Sandy or Noxy then asks how can she help me, I tell her what happened and she/supervisor tells me it’s true Lydia is going to lunch, she has been busy since 7am, and there isn’t anything she can do, I then turn around and ask her the whole MTN has only one consultant to assist, she says yes there isn’t nothing more she can do, I then turn around and ask her what should be done she then says she doesn’t know... I then told the consultant to cancel my upgrade as clearly I am not valued as a customer, and the supervisor Sandy/Noxy walks away and says YES she can go ahead and cancel my upgrade ? I asked for her managers number she gave me, I called him Nkululeko he apologized and the supervisor then calls to ask me to come back to the centre she will get me someone to help me ? my time and petrol means nothing to these people... whatever happened to customer service? Why are we subjected to such appalling levels of disrespect and horrifying customer “service”? I have never been pushed around, and disrespected in this manner... MTN I am cancelling all my contracts with you and going where I will be treated like a paying a client... totally unacceptable shocking attitude with no disregard whatsoever for clients
