BAD SERVICE
for a good paying monthly customer, i am faced with the worst customer service today. their on-floor manager is just as terrible at handing queries. Router has been offline since 22H00 21/04/2023.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DISHONEST EMPLOYEES
ORDER #79397521 DIEPKLOOF PLAZA - on 26/02/2023, i placed an order at 10:37. my order arrived at 12:02. called the store 3 times and was lied to by a Yolanda., LErato and including the female manager on duty claiming the delivery had already left the shop. on the 2nd call, the so called manager didnt bother to give me a courtesy call explaning that their ovens are experiencing issues. The delivery guy sontyboy also lied by saying that they opened the shop late and were busy cleaning the ovens. THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE ONCE AGAIN BY THIS SHOP.

Bad Drive Thru Customer Service
Black, bald South African, dominantly Setswana speaking Male manager at 12h20 01/10/2022 at Diepkloof Square McDonald's Drive Thru. The so-called manager on duty who refused to give me his name as he did not have a name badge on. Refused to take my complaint with regards to McDonald's cellphone app was offline at their outlet and I had already wanted to redeem a deal. He was rude, obnoxious, arrogant and not willing to compromise than alternative due to system failure. I asked him more than once for his name and he still refused. It's worse enough that you're in soweto trying to get a meal at night from work but to be disrespected by a personnel of management is down right disgusting. He'll remember me very well as I almost caused a seen due to his rude behavior and delayed the drive thru. The plea for good service, day or night better get sorted out at this outlet as it is obviusly well known the next drive thru is in South Gate, 8KM's away which is far. I request an apology from the rude manager himself. The McDonald's App Contact Us page has an "OH Snap! Sorry the page you requested cannot be found" Customer.care@za.mcd.com

WORST SERVICE AGAIN FOR THE 2ND TIME
The worst service ever, for the second time. you place an order at 17:40, ONLY FOR IT TO ARRIVE AN HOUR LATE and zero apology. Order placed via the online app correctly. Order 186/ #57714615 i highly recommend you order elsewhere other than diepkloof square, zero customer care skills, especially the male staff handling the phones today

Rude Staff
To whom it may concern, yesterday at mall of africa (G-star outlet). i was rudely served by a lady by the name of Anele. Tran No: CR209550007528. She moaned when i asked where the Golf t-shirts in the shop, to getting me a medium size, to asking for the change room and to top it all off, she was not willing to even give me the right Paper bag for my purchases. i highly would not recommend anyone to be serviced by her.

Stopwash Theft by Rude Employee
I reported a theft of my rear car wiper at Mall of the south. DO NOT get your cra washed by the lady called Phindile, she's rude, obnoxious and noetheless not even remorseful when given the chance to apologise for her behaviour. i have even posted on your website "stopwash.co.za". if no response is given in the next 48 hours, a SAPS case will be opened on your employee. your employees lack customer care and respect, it's unfortunate how 1 individual's behavoir will refelct badly on the whole company.

RUDE OLD POST OFFICE LADY
Hi, i went to the Randburg branch to renew my license disc on 23/03/2019 and was helped by Miss Lebasa. Unfortunately the system wouldn't print my disc as maybe it was the weekend. She suggested I come back the following Monday as I had already paid the renewal plus traffic fine. Cometh the Monday, she is not there. Instead, I'm welcome by a rude old African woman (Portia T Mnisi). First, she made me rewrite the whole application without explaining why I had to do it. Secondly, once I got to her I asked if I'll need my license present as I'd left it on the car. Her response was unfriendly as I'd suggested she proceed with the renewal and I'll quickly run to the car and fetch it. In short, she has bad customer service, incompetence and no willing to understand queries. I'd strongly recommend anyone from not renewing at her desk if she is present, you will regret it.
