If only there was an option for no stars. We ordered 5 iced coffees for delivery. Never in my life have I tasted much horrible iced coffee. It's nothing but ice cold bitter coffee. When we called to complain the manager said the driver forgot the sugar and they make the iced coffee that way because to cater to everyone's taste. What they sell is not iced coffee. You don't make bitter coffee wait for it to get cold add ice and then hope putting sugar in is going to help. This is revolting and gives burger king a very bad name!
The only way. A person can share a review is to give a star. The star isn't even warrented. We bought our son a Redmi A3 at Pep Ceres and the sales lady and manager Edwina was so helpful and friendly, she made it such a pleasure. My son tried to return the phone to Wolseley as he is having issues with it, it doesn't download etc and Jenny the manager at Pep Wolseley told him he needs to go to Ceres. How does that work? Pep is a franchise and they are supposed to accept returns from each other's stores. Jenny knows we don't have a car so now it's extra taxi fare again to return an item to ceres which Wolseley is to lazy to accept? I personally have never experienced this before. I have before bought things at one pep and returned it to another. This is not the first time I though I have experienced bad service at this pep since Jenny became the manager. So maybe the problem is the staff and not the policy?
I wish there was an option for no stars! I have been trying to get into my account but the stupid facial recognition keeps throwing out an error. I have sent an email to the bank and their response is they tried to call but the phone went to voicemail. I sent another email asking them to call again but nothing not even a reply to my second mail. I have been trying to log in everyday but still a problem with the facial recognition. Pathetic because it's not like I swap my face out everyday! As far as I am concerned they can close this account and I will NEVER advise anyone to use this dumb bank!
I dont understand how the pricing works in this place! One week I went to go buy an 8 kg Trustee puppy food which priced R179. The next week I went to get the same food and shockingly the price was suddenly R219. That is a price increase of R40! When I called Headoffice they could not explain this to me. Apparently the change of packiging was the reason for the steep price increase. I have found ****a shops where we stay that doesnt even order this food in the bulk quantity that Kaap Agri does but yet their price stayed at R170 even with the change of packiging. How can a place like Kaap Agri who orders in excessive bulk put up their price so much and then cant even explain it decently?
Really do I always have to first come onto HelloPeter for this company to ever get back to a person????? I asked for new settlement letters and in their true customer satisfaction style NOTHING!!
I keep getting urgent notice letters. I have sent emails and tried calling the company to request settlement discounts and letters. They flat ignore me. I am emigrating shortly with my future husband and can't do this until my name is cleared. All the companies are selling their debt to this place yet they doing absolutely no effort in getting the money from the clients. Start by getting back to the clients. I worked in the finance field and part of my job was collecting outstanding debts. The company I worked for would have been closed by now if I had the same work ethics MBD has. PATHETIC doesn't even explain this company. You guys must have tons of money lying around somewhere to not want to collect debt and by paying employees who are quiet obviously busy doing something else other than the job they get paid to do. I will now be contacting my immigration lawyer to contact you directly seeing as you refuse to work directly with the client which is obviously small fry in you big fish pan! This is shocking and disgusting!
I won a blockbuster competition in July. I still gave not received my prize. I contacted Media24 and they rep**** that I need to contact the publication who ran the competition (The Brand namely You Magazine). I did this asking them to please check on the delivery of my prize as I am moving and would like it before I leave. So my complaint is actually towards You Magazine because I asked them about a week + ago and they still haven't had the decency to get back to me. And I was so excited when I got the call to say I had won because I haven't won something in a really Long time. Really disappointing for such a massive publication that they can't even get back to a person for a simple request 😞
We made a deposit from our Capitec account using the Capitec Pay@. I used the incorrect cellphone number being the first time I have used this app to pay Lotto Star. They have allocated the funds to the incorrect account. Our son created an account using his father's details and can't remember the details. I called this morning and asked them to correct it internally. Coming from a financial job I know for a fact that this can be done as I reversed and realloctaed payments everyday. The very rude agent Santa Cruz insists that we need the login details and FICA documents for the incorrect account before they can launch an investigation to reallocate it. What don't they understand is we don't know what the details are so whose FICA documents do we send? It's not rocket science!!!😡 so in other words because we can't get documents for details that our son created while using our number we now can't get the R200 we deposited for the 200% bonus which mind you ended yesterday afternoon which the agent did not tell us last night when we where enquiring about this. only after numerous questions about this bonus did an agent tell us it ended yeaterday afternoon. so in reality Lotto Star has stolen our money. I have asked numerous times as well for the ombudmab's number also to no avail. it's like they don't want their thieving ways to be exposed. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
Unfortunately there is no option to not rate. I ordered DSL with Afrihost. 1st I get told delivery takes 5-7working days then I get told by Friday I will have it and when I called again I got told 14 days. When I complained the Lady very rudely told me it states 14days on the website. Well Afrihost highlight it then because nowhere does it say that. Yesterday I called to cancel the order because first I was told I can cancel on the client zone but when I went in I struggled so I called them. Guess what MISINFORMATION AGAIN! I got told by Kgomotso I can't cancel my order online! So I canceled with her and asked her to send confirmation. We only received confirmation this morning. So here is the joke. THEY STILL TOOK THE MONEY FOR THE ROUTER! I called and requested an immediate refund. This can only be done in the next 14 working days. I told them but I canceled. My order so they had no right taking the money. So here is the joke again... Kgomotso canceled the order but never the router. What the hell does she expect me to do with a router if I canceled the wifi????? No wonder this county is going to heck! People without the adequate training doing customer service. So now I have to go into the bank and reverse this at my own cost!!!! PATHETIC! !!!!!!!!
And so 2 weeks ago i wrote a review on the shocking service of the insurance company. Today is exactly 2 weeks ago and still i have no clarification. After my first review i received about 5 or 6 calls from different people. My case was immediately assigned to a hamdler who still has not let know how far my claim is. My life is in limbo at the moment. They have no problem taking your installments on time but when it comes to paying out you dont hear from them. I was also informed with my call that i dont just have my excess to pay but i also have another excess to pay for being a single car accident. So what they are telling me its cheaper to be in a multi vehicle accident! I was not aware of the 2nd excess. I was told only about the main accident excess and i have asked numerous times as well for this to be explained. My handler when he eventually called me assured me he was going to retrieve the recording of my initial acceptance of the contract to confirm whether i was told about this. Still nothing. I am so disappointed. I need my payout to get another vehicle because without a vehicle i cant work. My next step is getting my.lawyer involved for loss or income for these 2 weeks!
