After constant complaints, I get no feedback. Connection drops and answering their questions via WhatsApp, still no feedback. Even replying I will be looking at another service provider, still nothing. Well, obviously my business doesn't mean anything to them. Waiting for another service provider to contact me. Sorry Jenny Internet!!! You will lose a client.

MY DAUGHTER IS SICK, WE USED THE OPTION OF CONTACTING AFFINITY HEALTH AND SPEAKING TO A NURSE WHICH WILL PRESCRIBE MEDS. MY WIFE PHONED YESTERDAY AND THEY PRESCRIBED MEDS. TODAY SHE HAS GOT A FEVER OF 38 DEGREES, MY WIFE PHONED AGAIN TO ASK FOR ANTIBIOTICS, HOWEVER THEY SAID THEY CANT PRESCRIBE ANTIBIOTICS BECAUSE THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF BACTERIAL INFECTION... PATHETIC!!! IF YOU HAVE A FEVER OF 38 FOR A 11 YEAR OLD, THERE IS INFECTION... WE HAVE BEEN WITH AFFINITY FOR A WHILE NOW... AND YOU JUST ASSURED ME THAT WE WILL NEVER USE THIS OPTION AGAIN, AND ON TOP OF THAT, WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW MEDICAL AID....
And once again its airbroadband bloemfontein. Pathetic internet service provider. For the last couple of days, wifi has been on and off constantly. Now today, same story, message the WhatsApp support, hell, nobody doesn't even respond. I pay a hell of alot of money every month. ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE!!!!!!!!!
Incredible Connection Bloemfontein!!!!! You lost a R3500 sale today on a pc screen. obviously the staff's personal cell phones are more important than a customer!!!!!! We have been waiting so long for a doctor's letter for my child! we have to present it to the school. after numerous emails, absolutely no response. I WILL BE CANCELLING THIS MEMBERSHIP. this is pathetic!!! obviously they don't care about their customers!!!! if i could give a negative rating, i would.
Defy Bloemfontein is PATHETIC!!!!! i have order more than 2 weeks ago a outer glass on my defy oven. I was helped by Freedom in spares. i gave all the necessary details, model number etc to him, he assured me that it will take 7 days to get here. i phoned him after a week, he said that they are still waiting for it. I left another message for him to phone me on Tuesday 14/12/2021, he only returned my call the following day WED 15/12/2021. He then said it still has not come, he advised that the branch in Port Elizabeth has got stock and he will get it from there and it will be here today, Friday 17/12/2021. i phoned this morning asking i want to speak to Freedom, the lady says he is unavailable, i spoke to another lady, took all my details and she said SHE will phone back. till now,nobody has contacted me. Defy Bloemfontein has the most pathetic service i have ever experienced. Absolutely no customer service at all. I NEED AN ANSWER BY THE END OF THE DAY DEFY!!!! WHERE IS MY PART!!!! I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER IF NOTHING IS RESOLVED.

I contacted Standard bank via email 30/03/2021 to make arrangements on my credit card repayment, i followed up 06/04/2021 again via email asking i want to follow up on my request as i have not heard anything yet from standard bank, i tried again to follow up on 08/04/2021 as i has still not heard anything from standard bank.I had AT LAST heard from standard bank 12/04/2021 requesting to send them my details as they will be gladly happy to assist me.i replied to standard bank 14/04/2021 with all my details. I sent standard bank another email 03/05/2021 as i have not heard anything yet.We are now at 25/05/2021 AND I HAVE STILL NOT HEARD ANYTHING FORM STANDARD BANK!!!!! Now they are handing my account over to attorneys. I feel that this is unfair and not right. i contacted them way before this to make arrangements, however standard bank just does whatever suits them. i did everything right from my side and in time. i have all the proof of all my emails sent. Standard bank, If you don't want to help me, i am closing all my accounts with you and going to a bank that REALLY TAKES CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
The most pathetic service I have ever experienced. I Do not get the speed I paid for! Constant problems with speed, I was advised a technician will be coming out Saturday to fix the problem, didn't even pitch up, didn't have the decency to even let me know. I am more offline than online. I have now canceled my subscription, unfortunately I already paid for February, and the connection now is worse than ever!!! Air broadband Bloemfontein, since I have paid for February, I expect my connection to run smooth, and if not, you will be hearing from the consumer protection act. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
