I wantrd do add 3 items on my imsurance i spole to a Thato Makola earlier today, He told me i can insure my playstation 3 for an x amount that would be R10000 and my 2 gaming p.c to the value of 32000.Now when icreached out to him he just said he will call me which he did not tried several times.The gave me a partial response than he immediatly whent over an automated answer machine.Why could he not help me to ensure these item because he said that i can insure these items at value now he send me a whatsup after whe spoke this morning tellimg me that the items need to be ensured with the correct value.As an playstation 3 is not availanble outdated the next option is an ps4 that is currently new.He said it will be no problem

Paid up letter
I gave my clearence sertificate to them but they dont uppdate the system therefore i cannot apply for home loan because they are ****ging.Franticaly i am very irritated

Bad service
I was placed on debt review,After i was taken off debt review i never received an paid up letter from them..Am also been rejected for loans because off their mess up.it was 2 years past that i am struggling to get a letter from them they just dont respond to you or do what is required from them.Please dont do bussiness whith them my id number is 7703255021083 cell number 0746816390.

Fnb debt review
I am still stranded after 4 years of fnb bungling up my debt review paid up letters my account should have been closed but now it shows that ifnb had to write of a lot of debt .It was due to mked undert debt review.My accounts was closed.It still showes on my profile that i owe Fnb money.And that Fnb never closed the account .Now i can only get 80 percent loan due to to this poor admin

Cell c challenge
I had an Query on my account which i did not upgrade and when i query my problem the call center just keep on saying this problem is escalated. To whom and when nobody can tell me.The query should have been resolved within 7 working days but still 3 weeks into my query and i get no response>Iam also being charged an amount that is absurd and about R530 more than my previous account month

I was taken off debt review by a court order more thabn 21 days ago going now for 23 days but they still did not take me off debt review status,They bluntly ignore a court order and fail to comply with legal matter

debt review clearing
I am still waiting response from debt busters as i was told staff was on lunch and I would be contacted. It is now 19:35 evening and was never contacted as I where told.I where assured that a sertain account a paid up letter was received only to phone back and one staff member told me that they never received such an paid up letter.I am having grave difficulty in clearing my name with debt busters

Debt review letter
I requested on the 4th September a Paid up letter from Mbd legal for my direct axis account paid up letter up untill today 18 September 2023 nothing was send to me .Do not do business with them they come with empty promises and franckly i think that if you get any judgement letters from them go and make sure if its from them rather be safe than sorry
