Do your drivers make a habitat of parking in disability/wheelchair designated parking spices at shopping centre's thus forcing people in wheelchairs to have to get out their car and navigator through a busy parking area on uneven road surfaces. I am a RBK amputee and wheelchair bounce, yesterday one of your vehicles CP 18 HN GP was parked in a disabled parking at Bluff Towers in Durban forcing me to have to navigator across the parking and smooth getting taken out by someone reversing
Good day, I have been meaning to write a review. I am a aright below knee amputee and in a wheelchair. I have visited the Serrano Spur situated in Davenport Centre Durban on several occasions and discovered that the restraunt is not disability friend as the lift is not functional and they have no other entrance. Previously u complained to the manager on duty but he gave me some story about the centre management and a license for the lift, this was 3 months ago and yet still nothing has been arranged to sort problem out
I am absolutely disgusted to learn that yesterday which is Good Friday, you denied entry to a blind disabled person who had a guide dog entry into your restraunt and when person was allowed ypu wanted him to sit outside in the rain. This behaviour is pathetic and degrading. I for one and I am sure there are many others who once read this again that I will not support Mugg and Bean Suncoast Casino again. I also pray that the Lord above grant you sense and understanding for the wrongs you have done
I recently read a article and found out via friends that your property Sun Coast Casino refused entry to a blind person with a guide dog and security made the person stand out in the rain while waiting for a manager. This is total abuse and the members involved both security and management services should be terminated for abuse against a disabled person.
Good day, i pre ordered my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra when the pre orders opened on the 24 Jan 25 at the MTN Branch at Bluff Towers, Durban. On Tuesday 4th Feb 25 I received a call from Taylin who works at the Bluff Store who informed me he has started my paperwork for my upgrade and that I must report to the store on Friday 07 Feb 25 the day the phones were due for release. I reported at the store today Friday 07 Feb 25 to uplift my new phone only to be told that as of this morning only once MTN head office in Umhlanga receive the paperwork will they release the phone to the store, and only then can I collect my phone. I am disabled and unable to run around everyday because of your unrealistic rulings. I have been a loyal member of Mtn for over 20 years and this is the treatment you give your loyal customers. Disgusting and I have forwarded this onto Hello Peter so everyone can see how unloyal you are to your customers Gary Elliott

For the past 1 and half weeks Telkom has been installing their so called fibre lines in my area Woodlands. I have a dog which I have to call inside nearly every single day in order to let these guys onto my property. Secondly I am unable to walk so my 80yr old father has to walk up to the gate to allow them in and close when they leave. How long must I be inconvenienced because they can't get a proper connection right
It is become more than a joke now and I am starting to get seriously ****ed off with your branch at Southway Mall in Rossborough Durban which is according to your app the closest to me. I order frequently from sixty60 and enjoy the service however the branch referred to above constantly is out of stock of hard their products. For the past few weeks they have not had stock of Albany thick slices brown bread but the Bluff branch has shelves full, ****tail sausage rolls Sourhway Mall no stock, Bluff always has stock, long brown rolls Bluff has stock, Southway Mall no stock. Kindly either close down your store at Southway Mall or allow people using the app to choose their store
Checkers sixty60 is great and convenient, however they should let the client choose which store to purchase from. The problem I am experiencing is I live between 2 checkers stores however the one where my deliveries come from is southway mall in durban, this store never has ****tail sausages rolls no matter what time of the day you order whereas the other store Bluff Towers in Durban has these sausage rolls all day
Checkers sixty/60 at Southway Mall Sea view, is totally useless. The reason I state this is they are forever out of stock of items. When I manually shop I go to Checkers Bluff Durban and they have plenty stock of everything I have never once had a problem. Sixty/60 should allow the customer to choose which store within range they shop from.
