School and Leisure N1 City refused my return of my daughter CBC blazer which was only warn for 4hrs. The lady blatantly refused even though i was still spending at that shop buying more uniforms for my daughter. Its sad how service is rendered based on colour and not on the merit of the case
If i could rate it below 1 i would,its been an absolute night dealing with Milnerton Mediclinic.29 November i was at Emergency due to a fractured ankle upon discharge i was given a receipt for crutches and i requested an invoice to claim from my medical aid but was told medical aid will accept the receipt with no codes nothing.Todate im still stuggling to get the correct invoice with the nappi code. Furthermore im still struggling to get the amended hospital claim as the auth number provided by the medical aid is wrong .I emailed the manager requesting same and my email was ignores sitting out of pocket with school going kids yet Mediclinic doesn't care as i paid them cash on the night of my injury. They insisted on a cash payment yet im on medical aid..Never had such horrrible service from Milnerton Mediclinic
I utterly disgusted at Marquis finance for such ********* *****ed conduct. I settled my vehicle finance in August 2025 as per the settlement offer received. They sent me a paid-up letter on 15 August 2025.Yesterday i receive a random call from them stating that i owe them R2160 .For 5months post settling my account i have never received an email or call or any sort of communication .How on earth can a financial institution decide after 5months since settling an account and issuing a paid up letter they turn around and say i owe.What makes matters worse ,yesterday i receive the shocking call from a Jane lady and today i receive a letter of demanding stating that i have been handover to Nimble.This is the most disgusting experience i have ever experienced
i was attended the emergency at Milnerton Medi clinic as i fell and fractured my ankle ,i was attended as xrays were done and indeed confirmed my broken ankle ,they put a cast and discharged me hours later.The admission lady informed me that my Medical Aid doesnt cover my emergency treatment if im not admitted ,i was required to pay cash an amount of R1911 plus R480 for crutches.Upon contacting my medical aid i was informed that the hospital gave incorrect info as they needed to request a ER auth online. I called on Friday and was told accounts department has closed and a manager would call me ,that manager didnt bother to call me .Was informed again that i will be contacted on monday ,that hasnt happened. I am really disappointed with Medi clinic's terrible service and failure to resolve this issue yet im out of pocket. The manager at Milnerton Medi Clinic clearly doesnt care about customer service at all. I have a medical aid yet i was forced to spend soo much money.
Mattress Warehouse I'm extremely disappointed ,i bought a bed delivered yesterday and last night as i sat on the bed for the first time it made a loud sound like the base broke. Tried to check and i couldnt see much as a lady who knows nothing about beds.The same sound happened 3times during the night and i had to move from the bed and sleep on my old bed which i had for 5yrs bought for cheaper that what i spent at The Matress Warehouse .I bought online based on great reviews i saw.This is extremely disappointing as i have guest today arriving from overseas
Good day, May i please request your urgent assistance. My phone was ****** on Monday 28 April morning and matter was reported to the police ,on the 30th i went to Telkom Bayside mall Cape town to purchase a sim card then did the Rica and sim swop .Tje lady confirmed all is done .To my surprise when i got the sim card was not even RICA . I went back yesterday morning to the same a gentle man said there was a system issue he is escalating to IT and he will escalateto the IT manager to resolve by evening sim card was still not working. I went to Telkom Canal Walk in the evening and they advised that this Sim Swap wasnt released or completed by Telkom Bayside and they cant work on the sim as it was commenced by Bayside . I have travelled to Telkom 3 times for a mere Sim swap and none seems to care how this is affecting me. In the world of technology everything is linked to a cell number.My daughter is using the card and her bank account is affected ,student portal links to the previous phone due to the number. Why must i suffer like this for days to do a sim swap due to staff incompetence? Im appealing for your help as this matter is urgent and affects lives. Your assistance will be highly appreciated. I settled my personal loan and Temp loan on 23 Jan and 25 Jan and to date i havenot received paid up letters.The call Centre Agent have been terminating calls wen u call.Two times they terminated my calls and im sent straight to a survery without speaking to anyone. I have requested assistance via Premier chat and that hasnt yielded results
I have been back n forth with Unifi and ther *********** lawyers for over 2weeks trying to settle my debt,it took 2 weeks to get a settlement letter upon receipt i paid instantly.Sent POP to both with no acknowledgement of receipt until today im being told a paid up lettet will take 14days.After all the stress i endured and wasted money on calls .i must now beg and plead for a paid up letter.Everything is a headache with UNIFI,a Michelle contacted me and assisted however now she is not respinding to my emails to assist with the paid up letter.Why would a paid up letter take u to 14days?My time lost while chasing after their very *********** lawyers isnt consider.
Been struggling with Unifi to get resolution on a settlement request,its been frustrating as Unifi is refusing to give me contact info yo escalate my matter.
Atlas Finance handed my account to lawyers and i have been calling for 2weeks to get a settlement letter to no avail.I requested the bogus lawyers to send a statement of handover and they refused saying they can only send me a sms with bank details but no statement.How does Atlas accounts to such unprofessional people ,how do i know that these are not ****mers as they refuse to send statement reflecting wat was handed over.i have callef numerous times and they always lie.The supervisor Ndivhu at the said lawyers refused to take my call as i was told she is packing up to go home,a week later no statement no call back nothing,i have called them 4 times
