Sick of Capitec
My wife got stuck at Capitec today trying to withdraw money I deposited in her 32Day notice account to keep it safe for my children schooling need now in January. Looked like a noble and clever thing to UNTIL TODAY.Now my kid have to wait until monthend of face a possibility of being barred from attending classes until they have stationary,uniform and partly paid school fees as instructed by the schools. My daughter exited beginning a new journey in High School and Capitec is putting a STOP on that. I need help to get this money by no later than 10 o'clock tomorrow 13/01/2025 to fulfill my daughter's drea.

COLECTA
I have a loan of Cobol that I'm paying through Colecta and have been from R6800 now it's around R1300 and have paid R500 yesterday but still getting threatening calls that I'm gonna be handed over.I took a loan from Cobol but could meet the monthly payments and was referred to Colecta for payment arrangement and have honored those payments except for April because I requested a statement and was never to me. My Credit Record still shows I owe them R6800 even though now it's less than R900 but still threatened of lawyers.

Good Day I don't take kindly to threats by anyone.All there people there are merely employees not shareholders.I have requested my balance more than once in April only after I didn't pay the normal R500 in April did I receive the balance of R1300 or so.I paid R500 in yesterday but still get a threatening call this morning that I will handed over. How pathetic is that from a balance of R6800 and you hand me over for R800 because I'm not gonna allow the staff to push me to settle R1300 whereas I could have paid R500 in April,R500 in May be left with only R300 for June but since no one responded on time with regards to my balance request in April I then decided not pay in April however I paid yesterday R500 now I'm left with R800. Stop harassing me I'm paying this account.

TRACKER STEALING MY MONEY.
I normally pay R200 per month from being invoiced R174 meaning that I pay extra.Now I see on my account a Debicheck of R671.Not a single call from Tracker about these changes except for some lady tried to sell me a new product of R29 per month that doesn't not even come close to R671.

Robbed by Jet Cashier
We went to the Store today and bought couple of items.The cashier did a transaction while busy with my wife and took the other slip claiming that she was buying something cash for herself.My wife asked her what she was doing after she explained to my wife we left the shop not suspecting any wrong doing.We arrived home checked the items bought against the slip and found out that 3 items of R219 each were receipted and yet we bought only 2 items(Back Pack or School Bags for our 2 children)meaning that the cashiers transaction was paid by us.We were robbed by this lady.

Incorrect Account
I don't know what you guys are doing.Last time I checked my balance was R472 but now I see it's R622. This doesn't make any sense and if this is the only way you guys do business,it's just unfair.This is a total reap off and false advertising at its best

Poor Service
It is with such a heavy heart to write this review about DSTV.I applied and received their internet router a week ago but have experienced problems since day one.My normal subscription was R439 but was disconnected and forced to pay R140 without any explanation.They pushed me to connect the Router and be able to use the internet but the 20GB FREE that was promised was not loaded and now the internet was disconnected after receiving a message that my Router have been move from the address it was allocated to.The change of address was from my sitting room to the bedroom because the signal was poor.Now I'm told to have a outstanding amount of R524.00.The people I spoke to on their social media platform a just plain arrogant or stupid.

I was harrased and belittle by 3 Ladies in a space of 20minutes both on my cellphone and work telephone.I happened to miss payment in August and notified them of this short coming.I received a letter in September to notify me that I must pay an amount of R2400 by end of September.I paid R1200 on the 17/09/2021 and R1250 on the 02/10/2021 and my credit was then opened allowing to buy using my credit. These ladies today tell me that I was behind with my payments but never listened to my explanation but got aggressive and dropped the calls twice and how to return the favor when the called me twice but did that not without letting them know that I'm gonna hang up. I don't know why they called me without having their facts right.
