Agents contact you relentlessly and without any opt in (Ontiretse Marumo), not sure where they are sourcing my personal details including Name, phone number, complex Apartment number and type of apartment. Their agents also message you on WhatsApp without using WhatsApp business accounts thereby bypassing Opt In requirements. When you ask where they sourced your details they stop responding which makes me think it's *******. I would not deal with them and will be reporting their practises as I had given her an opportunity to tell me where she obtained my details but is now ignoring me.
I am really tired with the terrible service at FNB. You pay a lot of money for private banking and receive no benefit. Your banker is never available to assist. I downgraded my account as I didnt see the need. I was called by a new banker who asked mrto give him a Chance and I would not be charged the private fee for 3 months. This was a lie. I was charged twice in Feb and the full amount in March. I had also added my parents to my law on call account for an extra R70 rand and when they called them for their Will to be drafted. They were told that they cannot help as they were not FNB Clients and this is not a litigious matter. No where does it say this is a requirement on the website and policy terms and if it was why were their ID numbers not verified before adding them and charging me. When I did lodge a recovery claim with Law on Call. They just sent a letter of demand and never called the third party to negotiate and rejected my claim when I queried this an advisor called and was arrogant on the phone with me. They even made me draft my own letter of demand by sending me a template to fill instead of calling me taking instructions. My expectations were never managed as I was enevr told my matter was not covered until I received a repudiation letter. These products are managed by staff who don't care. Please can I have refunds of amounts due to me and all the call recording of the calls made to me since December, I would like to lodge a complaint with the FAIS ombud and FSCA as there is a lot of mispresentation going on at FNB.
My order (order no. 132297835) was scheduled for collection yesterday at thr Riviona pick up point. Still no notification. The app still says it's scheduled for pick up yesterday and theres a delay without a new date. Please help. My service request has not been responded to. I processed the order due the app stating it would arrive on the 12th. False advertising to ensure sales?

Been trying to get clarity on moving my fibre account to a new location for 6 days now. Call centre support takes 28 to 36 minutes to get to you, which is too long. No one responds to you after you send an email via the help email address - just automated responses. My contract was meant to end during December 2020; However, I was debited in January. I sent an email advising that this is incorrect and to advise and no response was provided. The debit stopped, but then re-started again randomly in August and is continuing. This is illegal and a breach of contract; which I was promised by the sales agent would never happen when I took out the contract.

Pointless reviewing Vodacom - the person who contacts you does not understand your complaint and they just call to state there's nothing they can do. Consultants are also rude and talk over you in an aggressive manner.
