My husband is renting this bolt branded car from this company, the money that you make every week goes into their account not your account it means when people bolt and make card payment you get nothing from that money they also charge you for each km you drive, they said you get something for advertising bolt but its actually not true, my husband knocks of at 11:00 pm most of the time, you only get money if someone pays cash and when you take that R100 its your salary for the whole month and they say if you do 125 trips they will only take R1000 it not easy to reach that amount of trips per week another thing you have to pay them R2700 0r R2900 per week. Meaning when you rent from them you dont have life, you dont rest at all. They only care about money
I went to McDonald's through drive through I when they asked for an order I said to them I would like to redeem, then they said come through to the window, at the background someone said she needs to come inside them the other one said come to the window when I went to the window they where busy with their own things without communication I just waiting they didn't even open the window to notify me I just waiting unattended until I decided to leave because I am on my way to work.
I was with my husband and close friend today, Mrs baloyi ill treated us look down on us threatening us to leave the bank mainly because we wanted some forms to be filled she wanted her way, we ended up asking the branch manager for assistance.

Bad experience on their receipt it states that you can go to any Sterns around the world to get refund or return an item but Sterns wonderpark mall refused to assist us and its closer to home, we had to go back to Sterns Mall of Africa far from home to be assisted.
When I took my car for a service, the where no cars to drop anyone off, I was not allowed to be in their premises, I had to stay on the road i decided to go to Makro I while waiting for my car for service the time they told me about the car was not ready I had to try calling then my two battery phones where very low it was a very bad experience.
Since Tuesday I have been trying to get hold of FNB loans department, I gave in my numbers to a certain consulted I was not called back , I then called using the contact from an FNB APP I was transferred from one department to another without being assisted untill my then airtime got finished the following day another consultant called me and transferred me to the loans department, the phone was not answered it was hanged up or put aside I have been trying so I don't know what else to do when you send an email you get response after 3 days so I am not happy, the answering machines you follow options it's not helping.
Tuesday 2018 on the 16th I send my car for the Airbag replacement the Technicians didn't put back everything back as they have found some parts a loose on the passenger sit I am not happy because I was called that my car was ready I fetched before knock off time I get paid hourly I had o clock out early when I got there I waited long, today I have been calling them no one is picking my calls
