On the 29th of December i made a huge mistake of overpaying my internet account, mind you its Absa to Absa, i over payed them with R8k, this is my whole salary, for the month, to get this reversed is the most painful experience, to this day, no one gives a dam, infact i was told i am on my own, i was told that i would have to wait until 2024 second week, what do i feed my family, i pleaded until i had no money to keep on buying airtime, yesterday i even collapsed because of anxiousness, from worrying too much, no food in my house, no electricity, i can even go to work, due to sudden illness of stressing, now i have a mild stroke, i was told the manager in charge will call me to sort this out, but she never called me, that lady is extremely arrogant, it's so funny that if you don't pay, there will be someone available to cut you off but if you overpay, no one is on standby to refund you, so be careful who you do business with, this showed me that i am just a number, i dont matter, i am just one customer out of thousands, cell c behaved this way also and where is cell c today? i will never recommend them to anyone, infact i am going to inform all my social media friend and all my watts App contacts to be careful.
Worst service I have ever received in 15yrs I have been with DSTV Premium Account Holder, my account has been messed up by some1 internal, I am made to pay month more than once a month, I am so disappointed, I am contemplating to ditch DSTV, Go Netflix or other related services, I am so disappointed how mismanaged and messed up my month to month account is *****ed up, no one is willing to let me know why all of a sudden I am cut off even if I paid for my services.
**** ALERT!!!!Be careful when you deal with planet fitness sales guys, my friendliness and smile caused me to be ******ed by a salesman, I feel like someone took advantage of me, I made a quotation and was told I must give details so that if I decide to join, most of the work is done, out of may naiveness I have my details, but later found a cheaper gym, so I never returned to planet fitness, 6 months later I am even handed over, I am told I owe +\- R4k, how come because I have never set my foot in their gym facilities, I went back and forth with them and I am tired of this, I am just waiting for them to go legal bla blah on me and I’ll be suing the s**t out of them, my legal guys are ready to pounce on them.

I have been a client at finchoice for over a year never have I witnessed such a horrible unprofessional service, I settled my account mid-December and clearly asked them not to run a debit order against my account, knowing how incompetent and rock stubborn their consultants are, I called the whole week to make sure this doesn’t happen because I have seen how incompetent their consultants are, the debit order still went through, it’s been a second week now chasing for my refund, I am still dealing with incompetent and stubborn idiotic consultants, who has no respect for customers, maybe it’s because I am black, hence the treatment, I will not recommend finchoice to anyone especially after this
This people keeps on doing credit checks on my profile, this is affecting my credit score badly, I never did anything enquiries or what so ever, please assist
Hi there, we are not ok with the kind of abuse we are getting from FNB, my wife was in debt review and early this year everything was paid up, administrator shared the clearance letter with the bank in February already, FNB didn’t remove her high risk status, we only discovered when we want to buy a house, we called for 3 days the whole days and we are sent pillar to post, eventually when we get to their credit and risk department we held for 4hrs, bought airtime again tried and still no answer. I am hurt that disappointed for such disrespect we got from FNB, probably is because we r black people.
I am lost for words as I have never had dealings with Telesure Group services, but I see it lying unpaid on my Credit profile, what’s happening because this is hurting my credit profile,can some1 help
I had a cheque account with standard bank,and decided to close it as i was not happy of the way I was treated at the time. When I tried to close the account I was told that I must pay the bank charges accumulated,which I agreed to pay,at the time it was about R1000, now my issue was why don't they close my cheque account so not debit orders from people life who are ignorant like cellc of this world,I was told it will only b closed if I pay whatever amount in full,or I can leave it until it reaches exorbitant bank charges amount,since I couldn't pay up,it becomes a moving target debt,u can't pay it by installments. So I was told I can take it up with bank ombudsman, so I asked if u can close my account later when it has reached a boiling point surely u can close or suspend it now so it won't accumulate interest Fast forward to Two months later I paid it,and few months later I am handed over to lawyers,I mean if FNB,NEDBANK and ABSA can close ur account right there and then,why this bank can't? It's not a question of me not refusing to pay,but the question of why must I pay,when it's not my fault,because this was intentionally crafted debt by this blood sucking bank called standard bank So I am harassed by these gorillas Call Centre people,at times they call me at 7:00am or 8:30pm,I mean who does that,Its time for my kids, It feeels like being black is the crime,hence the treatment I got from standard bank We here is a brief message to you! I am black and already I am dead inside by how I treated me,u can blacklist me,I m blacklisted because I am black already,hence black-listed,know this I am not paying u even a dime,I lol die before u get my blood,go suck the blood elsewhere I urge other South Africans to refrain using this bank,if u r reading this u might b next. Dear Lovely South Africans Never ever become a victim of these manipulative disgusting companies like cellc,they do adverti*****ts that r so misleading,I m so gatvol with cellc,I shouldn't have left vodacom,at least they conduct business professionally and have well trained stuff Well first things first,I have changed payment method from dr Oder to cash payment,as I wanted to leave standard bank for their ****ty service,only to learn that cellc carried on debiting the cheque account that was not in use,now after 9 months,standard bank says I m owing them R7000 worth of bank charges,when I ask cellc M told that I didn't send the email whereas I did,more than once So these blood suckers called standard bank I also told them to close down the account and they refused, they said that I must pay the bank charges first,so that the charges can multiply,and eventually they'll come and repossess my house and car So be careful of these people they don't care about u,they just care about ur money,standard bank and cellc,same wattsapp group
