Worst service ever
Worst service ever. Bought a generator, it is not working. Took it back and they said they will send it for evaluation. Now they tell me it needs to be repaired and I must pay, yet it is under warranty. How does that work. Not even to mention the condition i got it back. The generator was spotless, now it looks like a car drove over it.

Very bad service. Ordered an item and 13 days later still no delivery. Do not recommend ordering online at all.

Payflex terrible
Terrible service. Deduct 3x times the same amount from my bank account on one day. Telephone lines not working. No reply to e-mails.

Pudo service is just terrible. My package was not in my locker. I am still trying to get my package. Will never use your service again!

Very poor service from Makro Online
Purchased a washing machine from Makro online on 28 Aug. On 31 Aug they dispatched it to wrong province for delivery and the courier could not deliver. My address was correctly provided when order was placed. I contacted the call centre and they say it will be delivered. Yet, there is no communication via email or sms from Makro to say it will be delivered and when. Although they say online orders will be delivered within 5 days. I am so dissapointed with Makro. I will not recommend using Makro online at all. I will also not support Makro in the future.

Bad service
I returned an item, because they send me the wrong item. It is almost 10 days later and they still struggle to resolve the issue.
