MTN MoMo should become MTN NO-NO I am beyond frustrated with MTN Momo, I requested a Nedbank Imali withdrawal from my wallet (its supposed to take an hour to receive the sms) that was 15 May at 14:09. Today is 21 May, 12:43pm. Every time I call I hear something different as excuse, can someone from MTN please sort this out!!!

Easiest verification process I've ever encountered. And when they say instant withdrawal when using the Standard Bank wallet, its literally INSTANT!! I initially thought "oh no, this isn't going to work for me", I've changed my mind, you work for me.

Yesterday morning requested a instant money withdrawal, the withdrawal was paid at 10:53. I never received the sms and at 12:15 I contacted customer support. I spoke to about 6 agents, everyone told me that the matter was escalated to the financial department. Today, Saturday, I hear the matter will not be resolved today, the financial department doesn't work on weekends, I have to wait until then till Monday. Unacceptable and bull****.
I am disappointed that you have advertised well in advance the Black Friday specials on the MTN-MoMo app, yet fail to realize that we cannot see the validy of the bundle underneath the Black Friday block showing that it is a special.

On the morning of the 4th of July I watched as my belongings got loaded onto the hired moving truck. On route from the WestRand to Germiston I informed the estate agent that she can meet us at the property for inspection and keyhand over at approximately 12pm. Myself, my two dogs and most of my belongings on the truck we arrived there to hear that I still have to pay another R6500, after this amount was agreed and accepted to be due with the rent of the end of July. After a lot of telephone calls, my dad depositing an additional R1 000 into their account and too many tears, I was forced to just take the long road back to the WestRand. It cost me an additional R2 000 for transport, no new apartment, the truck breaking down outside JHB and getting robbed at gunpoint. I still have not received my full refund amount. No apologies or even a telephone call. I was treated with no respect or humanity, waiting outside my "new"apartment with my animals for 4 hours. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE treatment from very inhumane and arrogant estate agents. What a nightmare!!!!
Funds just disappearing without reason. Pending authorization takes ridiculously long resulting in my account constantly being in the negative, and that leads to..... more penalty fees!!!! It's totally unacceptable that a bank is allowed to take my hard earned money without proper explanations or any visible evidence of the "hidden" banking fees in my bankstatements. Which I might add I'm only entitled to once a month on a set date. Combine that with the fact that my brand new bank card snapped in half within the first 3 months cost me an additional R140, this after stating that it was for FREE when ordering a new card through the app. All things considered, I've had this FNB account for a full 4months and am completely shocked and disgusted by the blatant theft of my money. Im just shocked!!!! How is this legal and tollerated?
I applied for a loan at Getbucks more than a week ago. Since then I have phoned, emailed and used the online message facility multiple times. Still waiting for my employment to be verified and still waiting for someone from the sales department to phone.
