Booking reservation number: RK8KUW. On 31 March 2023, I booked an economy class return ticket from Johannesburg to Pietermaritzburg for 15 May 2023. On 3 May 2023, I cancelled the return ticket on the FlyAirlink website. According to the cancellation policy, I had to email e-ticketing@flyairlink.com in order to obtain a refund pursuant to the cancellation. Pursuant to emailing this address, I received a response from Sophy Mahlaule, stating the following: “ Kindly note your ticket is booked on a non-refundable economy class , we can keep the ticket on hold as a credit for your future travel . Ticket will be on hold for 1 year from the date of issue ( date of issue 29MAR23) ticket should be used within the validity before it expires .(travel dates should fall under the validity ) Once ready to book we will advise the ticket price difference and the penalty fee that will apply when rebooking . · You may make a name change subject to a fee that will apply · You my reroute your ticket to any domestic flights we fly to and from”. Airlink refuses to refund my money. They expect me to book another flight with them within 1 calendar year and also pay penalties and cancellation fees! Which is ridiculous. This is is contravention of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. I will be reporting this complaint to the Consumer Commission. Airlink are *******! Please beware of Airlink!
I attempted to place an order on the app from the Melrose Crossing branch. I received a call from the Melrose Crossing branch informing me that they are not able to deliver to my address which is 8 km away because “it’s too far”. I will be writing reviews on social media platforms, as well as, Hellopeter in respect of the extremely poor customer service. I will also be reporting False Advertising practices of the Romans Pizza app to the consumer commission.
Customer Jobcard EN085167-3. On 24 May 2021, I brought my printer into the customer care center at Partserve. Partserve acts on behalf of Epson printers. It has been more than 1 calendar month since, and my printer has not been repaired. The promised turnaround time is supposed to be 3 - 5 working days. The printer is still under warranty as I purchased it in November 2020. Highly disappointed in the customer service received from Epson and Partserve!

This is a review of the 6-sleeper unit. The bathrooms are very small. As a tall person of about 2 metres, my head touches the ceiling when I make use of the shower. I think that the drain in the shower was blocked when I arrived, this caused the bathroom to flood when I made use of the shower. I found a few strands of other people's hair in my bed, as I opened it up before going to bed. I found nasty stains on the pillows. I feel like my room needed to be vacuum cleaned before I arrived, I suspect that they did not do that. The towels are not changed on a daily basis, I hope that they do not expect their paying guests to use soggy towels. Yours faithfully Guest at room 614.

I ordered 10 wismec wm02 coils from vapeshop.co.za - they only delivered 8 wm02 coils and 2 wm01 coils. I did not order any wm01 coils, which means that completely different coils were delivered to me. Furthermore, the delivery was not packaged properly. The coils were therefore damaged when I received them. Some of these coils are faulty and burn out very quickly. I spent almost R600 on the order and my money has gone down the drain, as a result of their dismal service. I will not recommend anyone to support this vendor.
Hi. I placed an order with zando.co.za on Sunday, the 10th day of June 2018. My order was induced by the vendor as a result of their promotion of a R400 discount on a minimum spend of R1200. I received an email confirming the order immediately after placing the order. Order number # ********** 58. However, when I tracked the order on their website on Monday the 11th day of June 2018 (the next business and/or calender day). I saw that the order had been unilaterally cancelled by zando.co.za; because they did not have the advertised items in stock. This is as a result of false advertising on the part of zando, by duping its customers through promotions on items which they do not have actually have in stock. I'm am extremely disappointed by the aforementioned encounter. My experience with zando.co.za is terrible to say the least. I DO NOT advise anyone to do business with zando. They are liers and frauds. I intend on pursuing formal legal proceedings against zando.co.za and I am reporting this vendor to the National Consumer Commission. Because zando.co.za is in direct breach of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. BUYER BEWARE!!!
In September 2017, I contracted the services of Urban Damp to undertake waterproofing and painting to the roof of my business premises. The cost of the job was R45000. I agreed on the price with Craig, who is the owner of Urban Damp. The quoted price was for the waterproofing and painting of the entire roof. The size of the roof is 575 m2, however the quote was for 600 m2. Upon final inspection of the job, I noticed that a large portion of the roof in the front of premises, had not been waterproofed nor painted as agreed. I enquired thereof with Craig and he said that if I pay the full amount before the close of business that day, that he promises to personally undertake to complete the job as agreed. I paid Urban Damp and they haven't completed the job. The unfinished portion of the roof is leaking terribly and it's causing damage to the ceiling, doors and walls. Whenever I call Urban Damp, they promise to have it repaired. In accordance with a phony 20 year guarantee. They promise to make the necessary repairs but do not ever show up. I have heard every excuse in the book and they have made empty promises since the beginning. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH URBAN DAMP.
